They obviously had to make the persons large order in front of me and I know mine was done because the lady gave back the small bag. instead of asking them to pull up im sitting here waiting for too long.

Ordered food through mobile app app said restaurant was preparing my order I never received my food and they charged my card and left me hungry restaurant is poorly managed mcdonald's app is fraud charge customers without them getting food in return you shouldn't charge until customer receives food smh

I went with my family to McDonalds and they got are order wrong I asked them for no cheese they still put non of them speak English and there all screaming in Spanish of weed and tequila if I can give a 0 star I would don’t go here.

They always mess up my orders. It's a hassle coming here.
Great service and food. But management needs to schedule their major cleanup like throwing water and mopping throughout the restaurant another time that is not in the middle of the day!
I observed how water is poured out by cups especially by the entrances. It is a major negligence regardless if there are yellow caution wet cones. There is a difference between wet floors and floors with a puddle of soapy water.
Grandparents were bringing their grandkids in only to find the playground is closed because of the cleaning, again this is the middle of the day.
Patrons are moved to the other side of the restaurant because of the down pouring of water, again in the middle of the day when there is so much walking traffic.
Management please coordinate the cleaning schedule for when it's convenient for patrons. I will revisit and update my review.
For franchise owners it's a liability on how the cleaning process is being completed.

Horrible experience today after years of eating at McDonalds. I mostly go to this location. Never had an issue buying big mac sauce on the side to eat with my french fries EXCEPT for today. Today 27 of May, 2025 at around 8pm ,our family went to this McDonalds through the drive through and were were told by a chubby guy and supposedly his manager (a skinny lady) that they were sorry but dont give away for free big mac sauce. I told them i did not wanted for free, i always pay for the big mac sauce on the side. I asked them to please tell their store manager but the skinny lady insisted that she was the store manager and screamed to me with attitude that she was not gonna sell us any big mac sauce on the side. We asked for her name and the chubby guy’s name because we wanted to know their names claiming themselves to be managers but they refused to give them to us. Very unpleasant trip to mcdonalds today, i whish the owner of this mcdonalds location could read this and please train and correct this kind of behavior. We made clear that we didnt want free big mac sauce, we wanted to pay for our big mac sauce on the side the same way we have been doing it for the passed 30 years. I am willing to escalate this if you need more information cuz i am pretty sure many other customers like my family and me love to eat your delicious french fries with big mac sauce, and people like this two who called themselves managers, denied us to buy our side sauce.
