Horrible experience today after years of eating at McDonalds. I mostly go to this location. Never had an issue buying big mac sauce on the side to eat with my french fries EXCEPT for today. Today 27 of May, 2025 at around 8pm ,our family went to this McDonalds through the drive through and were were told by a chubby guy and supposedly his manager (a skinny lady) that they were sorry but dont give away for free big mac sauce. I told them i did not wanted for free, i always pay for the big mac sauce on the side. I asked them to please tell their store manager but the skinny lady insisted that she was the store manager and screamed to me with attitude that she was not gonna sell us any big mac sauce on the side. We asked for her name and the chubby guy’s name because we wanted to know their names claiming themselves to be managers but they refused to give them to us. Very unpleasant trip to mcdonalds today, i whish the owner of this mcdonalds location could read this and please train and correct this kind of behavior. We made clear that we didnt want free big mac sauce, we wanted to pay for our big mac sauce on the side the same way we have been doing it for the passed 30 years. I am willing to escalate this if you need more information cuz i am pretty sure many other customers like my family and me love to eat your delicious french fries with big mac sauce, and people like this two who called themselves managers, denied us to buy our side sauce.

I’m absolutely disgusted by my recent experience at McDonald’s. I ordered a 6-piece Chicken McNuggets and was horrified to find one of them had a long, black curly hair and a flat, straight hair embedded in it. That is completely unacceptable and beyond gross.
Food safety and cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this experience made me lose trust in this location entirely. No one should have to worry about finding hair in their food. I won’t be returning, and I strongly urge others to think twice before eating here.

I go there frequently before coming to work and, it is getting worse everyday, yesterday 4/8/2025 I went there around 6 pm and i was waiting for a caramel frappe for 25 minutes. I realized about the time because just when I arrived I received a phone call, so that when I looked at my phone 25 minutes passed. The manager was passing and not even asked me what was my order like other managers in any other MacDonald's. She is not polite at all. In addition, about two weeks ago I bought 2 caramel frappe and the machine was broken. I was refunded by a manager who gave me less money than what I paid. I saw it just after I left . I'm going to stop going there even though is on my way to work. The service has to improve and the manager also.

I ordered two McDoubles on the app to do table service and apparently they had it on their pickup counter for what seemed to be 10 mins. I had to get up and ask for it. If you do table service and wait a while. It might be because it's on the food prep pickup area still.

My order took 30 minutes to be ready, I order through the app and curbside pickup , I waited and waited until I had to go inside because it was taking to long, I asked the girl at the counter why my order wasn't ready and she said I am the only one at the front and I have too many orders your will be out later I ask to speak to the manager and her answer was she is busy, give me her name please,she said we're not aloud to give names, I saw the manager coming and I called her explain the situation and she said okay and walked away, very unprofessional and rude

I ordered a cheese burger and they gave me a cheese burger without anything inside. My bf ordered a mc double and they also did not put anything inside. A dry burger is what was given to us. I wouldn’t normally make a review but every time i go here it’s always an issue. If you can go to any other mc donald’s, i would strongly recommend.

I came in the morning to grab a sandwich and was double charged even though I showed the manager that I was double charged. She said there was nothing that she could do for me. and then she tried to belittle me and the problem. It's not a big deal. It's only $10. She probably needs it more than I do, but these little inconveniences do add up.
