I ordered a cheese burger and they gave me a cheese burger without anything inside. My bf ordered a mc double and they also did not put anything inside. A dry burger is what was given to us. I wouldn’t normally make a review but every time i go here it’s always an issue. If you can go to any other mc donald’s, i would strongly recommend.

I came in the morning to grab a sandwich and was double charged even though I showed the manager that I was double charged. She said there was nothing that she could do for me. and then she tried to belittle me and the problem. It's not a big deal. It's only $10. She probably needs it more than I do, but these little inconveniences do add up.

I was scheduled for an interview and when I walked in I was immediately turned around and told the machine was down and someone will call me back regarding my interview. I don’t speak Spanish and I never got a call. I felt like I was being discriminated against and I would like for someone to reach back out to me, not even for the job, for the principal. I was told someone would reach out and that was a week ago. Why didn’t I really have a chance to go through with my interview?!?

Everything about my experience here was not pleasant. Fries had no salt and Mcchicken was dry with no mayo. When i asked for salt, the workers couldn’t even understand English. One worker apologized and said she was the only one that spoke English. In a fully staffed environment is really absurd. I’m sure noone that spoke only turkey or mandarin would be hired here so honestly this is discrimination and prejudice. This McDonald’s is not a Spanish McDonald’s so i don’t even understand how management is able to get away with this.

This is the first time I've left a comment and I'm sorry it's negative. Everything was fine until I arrived with my son after driving for 20 minutes (having another McDonald's near my house) only to be told that the playground was closed because they had a meeting. I understand that they should meet but necessarily in the play area? And the workers tell me that it is every week. They close it and that's it. I asked them how long it took and they told me that from the morning until 4:30 pm in the afternoon it was closed. Another mother had to go with her daughters to a park because they couldn't play anyway, as well as many children who were here anyway.
