Customer service is terrible at this establishments. You are greeted with an attitude once they decide to answer the drive threw window. This has happened on several occasions, and it does not seem to get better. Responses from corporate McDonald's guaranteed that they will improve their service with the feedback provided, .but even that seems false as well. Given that the issues still exist

We pulled up and my son told me not to go to this McDonald's...... But this is what a $5 fry looks like. I was very close to marching back in there just to ask where is the rest 😱😅???? I rarely come to this location. All I can do is suggest to check your bag before you leave because this was ridiculous so much it's funny. Luckily I carry napkins because they didn't give us not one napkin even after ordering $30 worth of food.

Some women who charge for the drive thru shouting inside that people should be at home making their food and not at the McDonald's because it was Sunday… the one who gives the food through the drive thru, zero education, it seems like they are in Cuba ..

It's my McDonald's in the neighborhood, I live nearby and I always go there. Many different girls serve me, all very attentive when I find out about the food, but their manager is very polite and always treats me with great respect, quickly, and they always do exactly what I ask for. Thank you.

I had waited too long to order my food at the register. This was not the first time but it is the last. I left there after the cashier would take one order, then go into the kitchen to package some orders. I waited 10 minutes, then finally left.

Dear McDonald's Customer Service Team,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my partner and I received on the evening of November 8, 2024, at approximately 9:20 p.m. at 17850 Nw 57th Avenue
Hialeah, FL 33015. We experienced significant issues with the employee responsible for taking drive-thru orders.

Upon arriving at the drive-thru, we were met with an attendant who demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills. From the beginning, her demeanor was discourteous and unwelcoming. She appeared disinterested in her duties, exhibiting behavior that suggested frustration or unwillingness to engage appropriately with customers.

The situation escalated when, after several attempts to place our order, we were told in no uncertain terms to leave without being served. The tone and manner in which this was communicated were unacceptable and left us feeling disrespected and disappointed.

Seeking to address the issue, we entered the store and reported our experience to the manager on duty. While we expected acknowledgment and action, we ultimately chose to leave without placing an order due to the negative interaction.

This experience has impacted our perception of McDonald's as a brand that prides itself on quality customer service. I am confident that this does not align with the values or standards of your company.

I kindly request that you address this matter and provide any follow-up actions taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I hope this feedback can contribute to improving service quality for all customers.

I only order plain burgers, just cheese and meat. I always use the app and select plain. But for some reason, half of the time I get A TON of onions….idk if it’s a cultural thing or what, but happens a lot at this branch

I always have a bad experience at this McDonald's. The food is always served cold. The potatoes were too cold with an unpleasant flavor. The staff's attention was too rude. I ordered a hot caramel latte. They served it to me cold. The machine did not work and the “coffee” tasted like water. Likewise with the caramel frappe. Terrible attention from the staff. The moment you tell them, it's like they basically ignore you.
