What a great experience from Drive attendant to the pick up window . Manager and her crew very nice and good spirited. Parking area & grounds very well maintained including the garbage cans.
We would recommend this location 💯 😋👍🏼

This McDonald’s location is extremely disappointing. The manager in the blue shirt doesn’t acknowledge customers at all unless she personally knows you. She’s quick to come out from behind the counter to chat with her friends and sit down, while the staff follows the same unprofessional behavior.
When I politely asked about the delay with my order, I was completely ignored. I even repeated my question in Spanish, and they still ignored me. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was too busy sitting with her friends to even look up.
McDonald’s needs to seriously rethink who they’re hiring as managers. They could learn a lot from Chick-fil-A about customer service and professionalism. I waited 30 minutes for four sandwiches, which is unacceptable.

I placed an order through the drive-through for one oatmeal. I was charged for four oatmeals because the manager at the first window didn’t understand English that well. As I was telling the second window that I didn’t order four oatmeals, I ask to speak to the manager because the guy at window couldn’t speak English also. The manager came to the window with an attitude and grabbed the receipt so aggressively. She gave me back all my money and I gave her four oatmeals back. It’s not my fault because you don’t comprehend English well.

Waited 10 minutes to order 1 Large fries. When order was completed only received Medium size worth of fries, seem that team has a color issue when it comes to customers.
