The bad first. Prices. Are you kidding me, McDonalds? $2.79 for an ice cream cone?! That's ridiculous. I know this location doesn't control it, but it needed to be said. The service. Horrible! I've done drive-through, and either they don't speak English or they get my order wrong. I'm fluent in Spanish as well, so I'm OK with it, but how is the drive-thru person that is taking orders, not speak speak English? Check your order before leaving because it's been wrong more often than not. At least now I check and fix their errors or ask for that sauce I stated over the intercom for the kid's nuggets. On this fine visit, my daughter begged us to walk in. Purchased a happy meal and a cone. Stood at the counter, 3 employees, not 1 hello, how are you, can I help you, not 1 form of acknowledgment at all. Order clearly said bbq sauce. What was missing? That's right, the sauce. No napkins in the box, none to be had in the self-serve area. I ask for it at the counter now that they have all walked away. Eyes rolled, I get the stuff I should have been given. I thank them, not a you're welcome, a nod, nothing at all. Who is training these people? What kind of service is that? McDonalds, you won't see me again...

Well, this is the McDonald's I go to that is near my house. You get what you pay for but why are the prices going up so much? ? but I still go cuz of the good service and the nice ladies providing exceptional fast food. Overall it's McDonald's, I recommend putting more ice in the iced coffee.
