Terrible attention, the workers are always with a bad face with a bad attitude, the food is not worth mentioning, the overcooked potatoes, I think it is not the Macdonald's chain but the employees who do everything reluctantly.

They take too long to serve at the drive thru, even though there were almost no customers inside, when they gave me the order I didn't check it and that was after waiting for about 15 minutes for the order, the order in which I only ordered Chicken Nuggets and a Cheese Burger, and when I open my food it didn't bring the cheeseburger, they have terrible work and terrible customer service

Literally 13 minutes ago I left the Drive thru and the cashier who collects the payments was the rudest possible, technically he didn't even want to take your order, he didn't finish saying the phrase and he already told me that everything (like the whole order) is super impertinent. I tried to make a change to the order and simply because I had to call a manager he didn't feel like it. Unfortunately I didn't see his name because I honestly tell you that I work in customer service and unfortunately it is not a job for everyone because of the patience that it entails, to be dealing with a bad face and in a bad manner, it is better to stay at home and not be bitter about it. breakfast for anyone. Coffee machine has been broken for months
The employee at the window had very bad attitude. He was annoyed when we corrected him after him getting the order wrong at the screen. When we pull up to the window still got the order wrong. He said he “corrected” it and all he did was scream to the kitchen what the order was. Obvias expected the order was completely wrong. I also understand they are clearly understaffed and it is ridiculous with the amount of money the franchise makes to be understaffed. But I wouldn’t be leaving the review if it weren’t for the employees bad attitude after being corrected and on top of that still getting the order wrong.
