Literally 13 minutes ago I left the Drive thru and the cashier who collects the payments was the rudest possible, technically he didn't even want to take your order, he didn't finish saying the phrase and he already told me that everything (like the whole order) is super impertinent. I tried to make a change to the order and simply because I had to call a manager he didn't feel like it. The employee at the window had very bad attitude. He was annoyed when we corrected him after him getting the order wrong at the screen. When we pull up to the window still got the order wrong. He said he “corrected” it and all he did was scream to the kitchen what the order was. Obvias expected the order was completely wrong. I also understand they are clearly understaffed and it is ridiculous with the amount of money the franchise makes to be understaffed. But I wouldn’t be leaving the review if it weren’t for the employees bad attitude after being corrected and on top of that still getting the order wrong.
