This si the worst McDonald in the entire Florida. These woman’s must be fire and need to hire more employees. If I order by the mobile app and wait outside they will make you wait 30 min because they think the drive through is more important than anything. Horrible

I make one order of 40 mcnuggets and 2 large fry and they give me the food in one package only with 20 mcnuggets and they charge me $24.70 for only that. Went two days in a row, food quality was vastly different. First day, fries were good but nuggets were slightly overcooked. 2nd day nuggets were good although cold, fries were extremely overcooked. Orders don't come with napkins unless you ask. That's difficult to do here because only two people seem to speak English.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the McDonald’s located at 1101 W 49th St in Hialeah, FL. The staff at this location was completely inadequate and inappropriate.
From the moment I entered, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The team members were arguing openly in front of customers. Not only was my order handled poorly, but the staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.
It’s frustrating to encounter such a lack of care and respect from a business that is supposed to value its customers. I sincerely hope this team is held accountable and that management takes immediate steps to address the issues at this location.
Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.
Last Friday I ordered apple pie and they forgot to put in the bag, we never came back since we're far already from the store. Yesterday, we ordered food again same food as we ordered last time and here you go again they forgot to put the cookies and apple pie. So I waited in drive and the lady closed the window. So I asked her the apple pie and cookies and she asked me to see my receipt so I showed it to her. I'm not sure if they did it in purpose but two times in a week. This 10th ave location in 49 St is the worst. I always buy food in 16th Ave near to my son's school and no issues.

Third time that I order and they refuse curbside pickup.. They do t even prepare the food until you get out of the car and enter the store.The claimed I'm here alone with my manager. I counted 5 employees. The 29 ST McDonald's is AWESOME compared to this store. This 59 ST store also refuses to do table service. On several occasions the completely ignore the order of you request table service or curbside pickup. McDonald's please follow up on this.
