It's sad when you're waiting and your order isn't complete. I ordered full combos and they were served separately (our favorite thing about McDonald's is the fries, and they didn't serve them). The Sunday snacks were melted, and we were missing napkins and juice, among other things. I've always gone to McDonald's, and this time at the 49th Street location in Hialeah, FL, my order and table were dirty or torn.

Morning crew is oblivious to specific notes on orders. I ordered a hot mocha coffee with Carmel syrup, Carmel drizzle and whipped cream and none of it was added. I called them and they don’t answer and on top of it they charge you for all the extra things yet they don’t add it!

There’s plenty McDonalds in the area, don’t come to this one. The key with MD is how fast you get your food, u don’t want to wait 30 minutes to get your order. They probably under staffed.

I make one order of 40 mcnuggets and 2 large fry and they give me the food in one package only with 20 mcnuggets and they charge me $24.70 for only that. I never go back at this place and in the window the cashier want charge me $74 omg so sad Nunca vi esto antes, te estan robando a la cara y al descaro, gente revisen bien su Perdido no confien Para que no les pase Como a mi

Went two days in a row, food quality was vastly different. First day, fries were good but nuggets were slightly overcooked. 2nd day nuggets were good although cold, fries were extremely overcooked. Orders don't come with napkins unless you ask. That's difficult to do here because only two people seem to speak English.
