Worst place ever. Night shift is super slow and RUDE. Forgot our fires and then kept saying one second just to keep talking to another coworker! Not the first time they are so rude and slow. Hire new people .

If you could drive to Hialeah Drive, I'd suggest that you do. This location on 10th Ave is a disaster. Do not order via uber because half of your order will be missing. Its 10:55 a.m., Feb 1, and I'm missing three sandwiches. If you attempt to dine in the staff isn't helpful and the wait time is looooong. 10th Ave and Hialeah Drive are owned by the same man but his shining star is Hialeah Drive!!

Worst McDonald’s in town. Ive had multiple bad experiences. 1. I mostly ordered through the app and I pay for sauces and they never give them. 2. When I eat inside I order on the kiosk and ask for table service. Well they never bring it they scream your name out and when I ask why don’t you bring the food they say they are busy but they actually are not because I see all the staff standing doing nothing but talking about how much fun they had last week at a party or club. Also they talk bad about customers out loud which everyone can hear. 3. The food is always old and cold. Every time I buy happy meals for my kids the apple are brown and old so my kids cant eat them. Trust me when I say this mcdonalds needs new leadership and staff. Its just has been going downhill throughout the years. I have already reported to Mcdonalds corporate but I doubt they will do something since millions are coming in from this location.

Went right now and the cooker and manager were treating customer bad the worst service ever horrible experience. Talking bad yelling and telling customer to cook at home .why 24 hrs and they don't want tobwork

Love this McDonalds, fast, accurate, quick to process if you drive through. There is a young man in the window (names escape) who is through, always reads back your order and ensures accuracy. Definitely recommend. Only comment is the shake machine has been an issue now and then, seems all McDonald have that problem.

i got a has brown and had hair on it and i also got a burger that tasted funny as i looked it had maggots in the burger and it didn't even look like meat dont eat here its not the first time that i got a hash brown with hair or refried and now magots now im sick
