We arrived on several occasions at different times after 8 pm. And the service inside and outside is "closed" although their schedule says they are still working. The staff does not stop to give you instructions or any information. I know they are tired, but a smile doesn't hurt.

PROS: Very empty.CONS: Walked in. Walked out. Male manager/supervisor wiped his nose with ungloved hands, handled cash, then prepared a customers meal. All other staff wore gloves and a head covering.
I just ordered earlier today via Uber Eats at this location a cheeseburger ketchup, only no mustard, no diced onions, and no pickles, a small fry, and a small caramel Frappuccino. The Uber driver delivered my order and my fries are missing so I called this location to let them know that they didn’t put my fries in the bag. I checked both the big bag and the small bag so when I called this location I was telling them my issue and, I was telling them the number that was on the bag. They were telling me there was no order and I had told them that I had ordered it through their location and the location on the app is this location. So basically, the manager hung up on me and is not now answering my call. I am calling corporate once it opens up tomorrow. These employees are so rude. Hanging up on me when I am trying to figure out how to get my food that’s missing.
