I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this McDonald’s location. The manager on duty treated customers—specifically immigrants—with clear disrespect and judgment based on how they were dressed and what she assumed about their immigration status.

What’s even more ironic (and frankly, shameful) is that she shares the same nationality as the people she was speaking about in such a demeaning way. Instead of showing empathy or basic human decency, she chose to look down on them and speak with a tone full of superiority.

No one should be made to feel small or unwelcome over their background or appearance, especially in a place that serves such a diverse community. A manager should lead with professionalism, not prejudice. I hope corporate takes this seriously—because this kind of behavior doesn’t reflect the values McDonald’s claims to stand for.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. The manager blatantly disrespected a customer right to their face, making rude remarks about their clothing. After the customer left, she began talking to the staff in a very inappropriate way about people who have just arrived in this country. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially in a place that’s supposed to serve the public with respect. I won’t be coming back.

I didn't know that oatmeal is not cooked, they give it to you in hot water raw because the person who prepares it says that's how they trained her so that the clients get sick at least because if someone eats something that is raw, I imagine that they don't even stop at the hospital. Very bad treatment, very bad service, never again. At least that's what I'm going for.

MANAGERS ARE SO RUDE, I been going thrre for years and I just dont understand why the rudness when I place my order! I dont even know them, talk behind your back and all employees listening and other customers. I am so angry, why? why? treat me like that!!!!

On this visit I was attended by the manager the order was placed by a friend that wanted to invite me when I go up to the counter and give him the code number the manager give me a hard time and tell me it's wrong while my food is sitting in a bag already prepared and paid for
I don't recommend this place while the same manager is at work I visit this particular McDonald's in the morning with other managers with no problem

Since the front counter is no longer operational as before, the macdonald's food chain is no longer the same. i remember when they required employees to be bilingual .at this location in Hialeah English is obsolete, and what is the purpose of taking number sit down wait if at the end someone from the counter would be screaming your name o your number 🤔 restroom 🚻 are closed so you have to go the front counter and request from someone to buzz you in to use the bathroom 🚻 unbelievable 🙄

After standing at an empty line on the speaker for 10 minutes I went to the second window where they were just talking and not doing any work. Then they were telling me to backup reverse to the first window. I left. I guess getting paid to not work is smart.

The last time I came to this McDonald's, the service was better. They would pay attention to the order and bring it to your table. Now, they call out your ticket number so you can go to the counter and pick up your order in a to-go bag, even if you request to eat at a table. The atmosphere is great, with quiet music. The food tastes good, but I think it could be improved slightly. Other than that, everything is great.
