“I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru. The employee taking my order was rude and dismissive, making the whole process frustrating. Instead of providing basic customer service, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. On top of that, they got my order wrong and didn’t seem to care when I pointed it out. Management needs to step in and improve training because this level of service is unacceptable.

I mobile ordered through the app said my food was ready so I was standing by the counter waiting for an employee I was ignored for 15-20 minutes until I got one of their attentions then an employee came over to help but didn’t want to help and seemed frustrated that I was asking for my food.

For the first time in a long time I am happy with my service at this McDonald’s after midnight. My order was right. My server had a great attitude. My food seemed freshly cooked. THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS NOT BROKEN. Oh man what a time.

Managers don't understand the concept of ordering on the app. Cold food every single time. I have to stand and wait in front of the counter for over 5 minutes to get there attention. Meanwhile my food sits on the table behind the counter getting cold. The restaurant was empty, and I stood at the pickup counter for over 5 minutes. Finally a customer walks in and manager goes to the register to take his order and then she dissappears for over 5 minutes. Meanwhile my food continues to get cold. Waiting is bad enough, but getting cold food is even worse. If you're going to make me unnecessarily wait, at least keep the food under a heat lamp. Manager was short blond lady probably 50 years old. I'm tired of this. 12 employees in the drive thru area but my food always sits in the counter, while I stare at it for minutes watching it get COLD. No bueno!
