Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to this one is one of the best. Second time coming here and will return. Friendly staff which you don’t see often in McDonald’s and they were young and willing to work. Food was fresh fries were perfect temperature. Staff came around and cleaned constantly bathroom was clean staff always asking if everything was good. It’s rare to see such a great McDonald’s I’m truly surprised

I recently had a disappointing experience at the McDonald’s located at [specific location or address, if applicable]. I had already entered the store and was waiting in line when I was abruptly informed that only the drive-thru was open, and they refused to serve me inside.
This was extremely frustrating, especially since there was no sign or notice indicating that the dining area was closed. I had to leave the store and wait in my car to use the drive-thru, which was already backed up with a long line of vehicles.
The lack of communication and the inconvenience caused by this situation was unacceptable. I understand that sometimes operational adjustments are necessary, but customers should be informed promptly and respectfully. McDonald’s should improve their communication and customer service to avoid such disappointing experiences in the future.

The playground, which is the main reason why we visit this particular McDonald’s closes at 9 PM. This is absurd since this is the main attraction for the kids to visit this place. Apparently, this is a new change that management has done in this McDonald’s because we have been coming here, But all in the sudden they close the playground. I do not recommend this place if you have kids.

Fries tasted like pure oil with no salt but burger was the best ever kinda like they seasoned it lol very hialeah they spoke to us in Spanish, luckily we spoke Spanish. Took 20 mins to get our food. If I didn’t pay I would have drove off. Also the door dash / Uber people are standing at the window and walk in front of cars…
