Ice cream here is always great, cleanness is really bad and that’s the reason of my 1 start, I visited this location 3 days in a row and the floor was sticky and very dirty, making the experiences bad, we wanted to dine IN, but after seating, the table was also very dirty and we decided to just go and eat the ice cream in the car.

Today I was at the Barbershop early. RAY’S BARBER SHOP LLC offers its services from 7:00 am. I am a professional barber and I appreciate good treatment, cleanliness and organization. Menchies Frozen Yogurt offers me the best sweets in the area and with the option to choose my diet. Thank you very much Menchie's for your delicious yogurts. I recommend them to you, your family and friends. I'm leaving. The heat is melting my dessert!!!

My last time coming to this location. Not only did they get rid on my favorite flavor that's been there for years, but when I decided to go along with another flavor, it tasted completely terrible. I asked the employee nicely if I can get another flavor cause it was repulsive and she said she couldn't cause they were being watched and they could get in trouble. I don't understand how helping a paying customer could get you in trouble and this was coming from a "manager".

So delicious!!! The great variety of toppings and yogurt flavors makes it a tasty experience every time I come. I love mix and matching. Such a kid-friendly, family plan! Totally recommend. They also have dairy free options

By far my favorite frozen-yogurt treat in Miami. My husband and I have visited this location three or four times to enjoy their 'cake batter' flavor. We like to rush in after dinner and either sit outside or take it to go. Though it's one of my favorite cravings, the music choice and volume is sure to move you in and out quickly... pretty convinced they're on level 78 volume blasting lil yachty. (Hence why we always choose to sit outside) Anywho, if you're coming in anytime after 8/9pm, you can anticipate a few of the flavors to be running out around this time. Definitely still options but the good ones are probably running slim. All in all, we continue to come back for our veryyyy favorite cake-batter (but suggest a new playlist) lol

Machines are never out of order and the froyo is almost always the perfect texture and temperature. They usually have a great array of options and the store is clean. The staff isn’t super nice but they’re not mean either. My kids live this spot.
