I ordered online a sandwich with croquettes and butter toast, apparently they forgot to put the sandwich on the grill and I also think that it is not good to wrap the bread in aluminum foil, at least for delivery, the breads arrived very soft and the sandwich It wasn't toasted, it got worse, nice day.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I tried to place an order over the phone, the young woman who answered the phone didn't even identify the business, she just said “hello” as if I were calling her personal phone. When I told him Mr. Bakery, he said “yes, tell me” that is, the least he teaches an employee is to answer the phone. When I explained what I was going to order he told me, “right now I have a lot of customers, give me your number and I'll call you in 5 seconds” 2 hours later I'm still waiting.
It's a shame that this business, which has such good products, damages its image with such poor customer service.

Hello. To start off, the place is clean, and the food is tasty. I did face an issue though, and that would be me receiving the wrong plates, when I told the associate, she didn’t understand what I meant. I didn’t receive the steak and my bacon I received wasn’t well done(both plates). She took my plates and gave me different pierces of bacon, but it still wasn’t cooked all the way. So I just proceeded with the meal. Upon the customers named being called, is when the two associates realized they gave the customers the wrong order. The customers service needs a little more adjustments.

I have been getting birthday cakes here for years and they never disappoint. I had a special request to make a heart shaped cake with a photo on it and they exceeded my expectations and in a short notice. Their staff is very friendly and are always willing to help. It makes me sad to write this review but I am so insulted with the service and inefficiency of how this bakery works. I entered the bakery and there were about 5 people waiting for their coffees or hot food that they had already ordered. I grabbed some mixed pastries and pre-packaged croquettes and walked to the register to pay. I wasn't going to order coffee, or hot food, or anything from the glass. There is even a sign on the wall that says that if you buy packaged bread you don't need to wait in line. I thought, well mine is also like bread - pre-packaged. Well, I tried to get the attention of 3 employees who ignored me to see if I could pay what I had. The other people were waiting for their coffee and food. That's fine with them. These girls take someone's order and do everything and then they charge people, and then they go to the next person. This is a great inefficiency that they don't have a person at the register because mine was probably two seconds and about $30. There is no reason that I have to wait 30-45 minutes to pay for something that is already done. I had already waited maybe 15 minutes. They lost business because people's coffee and food wasn't made yet anyway. I left what I grabbed there and left after the long-haired black-haired woman looked at me and very rudely told me that there are people ahead waiting for their order. I said thank you and bye and left very angry. I understand that there were people waiting for their coffee and food, but that food and coffee was not made yet and I was not going to “order” anything, just pay. They must have one person taking orders, one making coffee, one making hot breads, and one at the register. If people order and pay immediately, the cashier problem is eliminated. Nobody gets angry if I pay for the pre-packaged because they already ordered and paid and they are just waiting. All over the place, the place is full, they don't pay attention to the people, everything is super inefficient. I frequent this bakery as it is next to my child's school and I was buying things for the teachers. If they don't change the model of taking orders and paying, they need someone at the register for people who only take pre-packaged things. It's very ugly how everyone treats the people who are at the checkout if they haven't taken an “order.” Anyway, I wasn't going to order anything, just pay. Please fix this for customers. What a shame because I liked to go several times a week after the school drop off, but then what happened today I don't know.
