Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food was disappointing—the pasta was slightly undercooked, and they didn’t offer salad or drink refills, which I’ve always been offered at this restaurants. The customer service was also lacking.

After leaving, I called to express my concerns and was connected to a man I assumed to be the manager. I explained that our server did not offer us salad, to which he responded that guests choose either soup or salad. He asked if I had requested soup, and I told him that was the last thing I ordered to go. He then asked for my table number, briefly put me on hold, and when he returned, he insisted that he highly doubted the server didn’t offer salad or refills. Essentially, he didn’t believe me, which was frustrating.

I wasn’t calling to ask for anything in return—just to bring attention to the poor service. However, the dismissive response from the manager only made the experience worse.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would do it. Food wasn’t that good, the pasta was a bit hard, they didn’t even offer salad or drink refills. Customer service wasn’t that good either. My first time going to this Olive Garden in Hialeah and I left with a bad experience.

I came back after a long time... what a disappointment I ordered!... the lace all raw inside, lack of flavor... the fettuccine seeds were raw... good service but one doesn't go for that...
