If the experience you receive is the same as I received this afternoon over the phone while I was trying to place a catering order for my employees for Wednesday as their Thanksgiving lunch and couldn't finish it online and the same receptionist answered and both time as I explained why I was calling her response to me was (HAY NO!!!!) and hung up the call.

How unprofessional someone can be and the image that can give to the restaurant.

The waitress was so kind and food was delicious

Went here for a birthday dinner. The service was amazing and everyone was very attentive. In regard to food taste…it’s Olive Garden we should all know what to expect. The food was warm and looked as fresh as it could be. The bread could be a little softer but that’s just me. Other than that no complaints.

We had the best server in the bar area, there was 4 adults and 3 kids, she was the best!

I don't know if the waitress was having a bad day or what, but in a customer facing job like that, you have to have the emotional intelligence and maturity to understand that whatever problem you're having needs to be left at the door when you come to work. The waitress, (Kachy is the name on the receipt) first of all, did not speak English which I'm not going to put entirely on her because someone ignorantly and unfortunately saw it fit to hire her in an establishment where the name and menu is in English. Despite stating that I wanted no olives in my salad, I still got olives in my salad.😒 The plates that she brought out for the salad had weird black smudges on them. And I don't even like being like this in restaurants but I had to wave her down to get clean plates. I don't know if she just didn't get sufficient training or what but she barely checked on the table. We had to wave her down for breadsticks, refills and then when we were ready to go and asked for packaging to take our food with us, she only brings the container to put the pasta in. No bag to put the bread sticks in, no to go cups, nothing. We literally had to wave her down again and ask for those items. Crazy.

I have been here very often, and saw new waitresses all very nice i would say extremely over nice I hope they stay like that and not only because they are new. I have had bad experiences in the past with service not with food to be clear that is why I like the place but this time they really exceeded my expectations

The food was exquisite. The server was not all we hoped for. We had to waive her down to get refills and additional items. We were a party of 5 and had to wait till everyone in our party arrived to be seated. We weren’t allowed to sit and start ordering drinks and appetizers.

I really want to give 6 stars for the food, service , and way you keep my mom and I coming back to this location. She ( mom ) goes almost every week and is always happy . I want to thank The kitchen manager Mildred for going above and beyond to make sure customers keep returning just like our first visit !

The food was nasty today like actually disgusting like horrible like EUGH LIKE BAD LIKE I NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE WANTED TO SPIT OUT FOOD AND TODAY WAS MY FIRST. Everyone come to my house instead I’ve never cooked shrimp before but I promise I will give you a better experience than this

Food is good, salads, soups, bread and all pastas and sauces and the wine delicious!!!, only there was a horrible smell at the entrance and around the restaurant that all my party noticed and no one liked it, probably after sitting, talking and eating we forgot or got used to it but that first impression was nasty.

Went to Olive Garden. Which we love their salad and food, but this time the waiter named Luna didn’t treat us good. We ordered a soft drink and came when the food finished. The food was okay. I ordered four of Italy and the lasagne was a bit cold
