To the girl working the drive through Thursday oct 13th at 9:10, you were so incredibly rude for no reason. After handing me the order I realized the lemonade I asked for had ice when I had requested no ice. I lightly honked to get her attention and I thought she didn’t hear me. I honked again and she side eyed me. I waited to see if she was busy so I could re request the lemonade once she was done, but she proceeds to take her phone out and start texting while leaning on the counter! I had to HOLD the horn to get her attention, where she then rolled her eyes and came to the window. You did all of that for what ? What did you gain from being so rude? If it was such a hassle for you to come back and correct the drink, you should’ve done it right the first time dude. I don’t mind that you made the mistake, but your whole attitude going about it was so ridiculous to me. What a genuinely disappointing experience tbh

Honestly this is the Panera from hell. It takes me a lot to write a negative review as I’m usually a patient person but it’s been too many times to not say something. The first time I went when it first opened I was super excited. I put in a drive thru order and when I pulled up they told me to park out front since my order wasn’t done yet. 15 minutes passed with no one coming out. When I went inside to inquire about the status of my order, they acted clueless as if they didn’t know I was out front and made me wait even longer for my order, causing me to arrive late to work. Another time I ordered coffee and I got a nice surprise of coffee ground with it. Another I asked for iced coffee with liquid cane sugar and what do they do? Add sugar packets. Completely different things.
But the best one was today… I ordered a breakfast sandwich with Ciabatta bread. When I arrived to work I opened my sandwich thinking, hmm this is smaller than usual. When I opened it what do I find but a croissant as the bread and not ciabatta. Are you kidding me ? How difficult is it to read ? Comprehension evades this generation clearly. Anyway this is the last time I waste my money at this Panera.

My husband ordered a sandwich and soup today, from Pick Two. For me, it was the chicken and barbecue sandwich. The food tasted great, but my sandwich had very little chicken. What a disappointment! This is actually the second time this has happened, not with the same order. It's a shame I didn't take a picture, but I really felt like I was eating the bread alone. We order online.
