I recently had lunch at Panera Bread with a few coworkers, and the menu offers a lot of fresh and healthy options. The food came out quickly, which made it convenient for a lunch break, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared.

I will never order from the location again. I order a dozen and half bagels. The package suppose to bring a tub of cream cheese not a personal size. Nothing was sliced as well. Highly disappointed.

Employees in this facility cant follow simple instructions, you ask for something and they prepare whatever they want, i stopped ordering for a long time because of this issue, and yet i gave them another chance and out of the past 3 order, every single one has been made however they want, this is only fast-food chain that hires unprofessional and careless individuals. The worst part is that food is amazing, shame that there is 0 management oversight and accountability because even the uber and dasher drivers know that is a recurrent problem. This location is a great addition to the Hialeah Gardens area. It’s conveniently located, brand new, very clean, and a lovely atmosphere overall. I’ve visited a couple of times now, the last of which was the rockiest because I received the wrong order but Marcus, the manager on shift, went above and beyond to make things right. He didn’t hesitate to issue a full refund and because the POS required I go to the restaurant to present the card used so he could process a refund, he also offered a You Pick 2 on the house! I’d definitely recommend visiting this location. The team was wonderful!

The worst bakery food I’ve ever had, coffee was disgusting, bread super stale and the Mac and cheese cold. You will waste your time here for sure

Great location! The service was quick, I placed my order thru the machine and received my food 5 minutes after. The whole process was quick and food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean, nice, spacious, and new! They also have a drive thru which is even better, not many locations have a drive thru. I will definitely be coming back.

Worse Panera experience! Had to wait in line for 5 min without anyone acknowledging i was there to make my order. Finally made my order to go. Upon arriving to my office I took my first bite.... and the chicken was well undercooked, tried a few other pieces and they where undercooked as well. Threw my sandwich away, lost my 15 bucks but this Panera lost my business.
