This location is a great addition to the Hialeah Gardens area. It’s conveniently located, brand new, very clean, and a lovely atmosphere overall. I’ve visited a couple of times now, the last of which was the rockiest because I received the wrong order but Marcus, the manager on shift, went above and beyond to make things right. He didn’t hesitate to issue a full refund and because the POS required I go to the restaurant to present the card used so he could process a refund, he also offered a You Pick 2 on the house! I’d definitely recommend visiting this location. The team was wonderful!

The worst bakery food I’ve ever had, coffee was disgusting, bread super stale and the Mac and cheese cold. You will waste your time here for sure

Great location! The service was quick, I placed my order thru the machine and received my food 5 minutes after. The whole process was quick and food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean, nice, spacious, and new! They also have a drive thru which is even better, not many locations have a drive thru. I will definitely be coming back.

Worse Panera experience! Had to wait in line for 5 min without anyone acknowledging i was there to make my order. Finally made my order to go. Upon arriving to my office I took my first bite.... and the chicken was well undercooked, tried a few other pieces and they where undercooked as well. Threw my sandwich away, lost my 15 bucks but this Panera lost my business.

First of to start with Panera is so cheap and really good plus the people are super nice. The dude/teen with the full sleeve tattoo in the drive thru is always super nice

I was excited that they opened a Panera bread close by, but I order to go for the 1st time and they forgot to pack the chocolate croissant, cookie, and apple.. the app doesn't allow you to notify and I wasn't going to drive back to the store just for that

I think the one in the front was the manager he was attentive and friendly. I gave it 3 stars because my salad was missing the dressing. I should have checked before I left, but still.

I was so excited for this new Panera near home, but unfortunately, it has been very disappointing. It looks like the menu has changed, and there are no breakfast options. The pastry section has been limited, and my favorite ones are not available anymore. This new location was built with a more modern open concept, which makes the place less cozy and cold. I was served by the assistant manager, which was very professional.

They give out Pick Two Promotion for a year to first customers on opening day and then won’t honor it. A few in our neighborhood have had to call contact center with the coupon codes to figure it out. Manager there and associates simply tell you “oh, they must have deleted it from my system” WHAT??? or “we don’t know anything about that!” again, WHAAAT? How are you a Manager or associate at this location and have no idea of how to help with the Pick Two for a year coupon you gave out on opening day?? I had arrived with two hungry toddler and had to sit there and call contact center to create a case, argue with someone on the phone to honor it day of, etc. Very poorly handled in store and contact center.
