I recently visited the Papa John's location while picking up dinner for my family of four on a Friday evening. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Manex, the assistant manager, and I must say that his customer service was absolutely top-notch.
Manex went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best value for my money, which is incredibly important in this economy. His mannerable and thoughtful suggestions helped me feed my family on a tight budget without compromising on quality.
What impressed me the most was the leadership qualities Manex displayed throughout my visit. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing an exceptional experience. I truly believe that Manex is a tremendous asset to Papa John's, especially in a neighborhood that values diversity and inclusion.
I have never had such a positive experience at any other location, and I will definitely be returning to this store. In fact, I will specifically request Manex because of the lasting impression he made on me. I've already told a few friends about the wonderful service I received, and I hope the company recognizes Manex’s potential and considers promoting him to a manager. He truly deserves it.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would! Never in my entire life I’ve seen anything like this! Truth is now days things have lost all quality, what the hell is wrong with humanity and this society??! This is the third time I order something from this store and they either take 2 hrs and I have call to see what’s going on or cancel or pizza is simply terrible. I placed an order at 7:30 , for delivery and it is 8:30 and I am still have not received the freaking pizza. I live right across the store- literally a block away, only reason I ordered delivery is because I am taking care of my two elderly parents who are sick with cancer and my two children, so I can’t get out of the house! You know what the kid who answer the phone told me? “Yeah, were very busy, you have to come pick it up..” Mind you, I was already charged for the pizza and it’s delivery!!this is unacceptable! What kind of costumer service is this?? You should be ashamed! In will never buy a pizza from dump and will make sure no one I know does. Bunch of lazy, good for nothing , unprofessional - you don’t deserve to own a business…
