Came to Miami for vacation. I googled a subshop in the area. Phat Boy Subs, 5 stars, ok I’ll try it. You won’t just try it. It’s an experience. Mugz was the man. Awesome to talk to, super personable. He made the subs for my family and I, let me taste the filling, and I couldn’t stop saying how excited I was to eat the sub. Got back to the hotel, and was floating it was SO GOOD. By far the best sub I’ve ever had. 100 percent recommend this shop to everyone. Thanks Mugz!

The service is quick, welcoming, and always on point, and the overall atmosphere has a great, positive energy. You can tell there’s real pride behind what they serve. I’m already looking forward to going back, especially for the Saturday oxtail specials.
We were at a nearby hotel and wanted a good, night before we go home, dinner. We usually do pizza but saw Phat City in our list. After mulling over the choices the wife and I decided to split the Super Cubano and fries. The sandwich was huge and the pork was tender and delicious. The Cuban roll had the right amount of crispy and soft and the juice from the pork melted right in. Hands down the best Cubano we have ever had. Im sitting at the airport now wondering if they may ship to Colorado! If in Miami give this a try, you will not be dissapointed.
