I used to be a fan of this place when I was a teenager, but my experience during the pandemic was absolutely dreadful. After waiting in an agonizingly long line, I finally got to order. I asked for two burgers, fries, and some coke for me and my girlfriend. The bill was insanely high, so I politely mentioned it seemed too expensive.
The owner lost it and started yelling at me! , and he started harassing me with phone calls for the next two hours.
It's such a shame because I used to look forward to having Pincho Man whenever I was in the area. There are FAR better food trucks in the Doral food truck area with MUCH better food and pinchos. They won’t rip you off or treat you like garbage. Avoid this place at all costs.

Really disrespectful. He gives everyone attitude. I have witnessed him disrespecting people, and he has disrespected me as well. You wait in his long lines, and then when you get to the window you are treated like a pice of sh*t. Food is good but not amazing, I am not giving my money to him no more.

The Sammy dog is an alternative version of a hotdog. It's a juicier salchicha that packs a punch and satisfies your late night cravings. The Off The Chain burger is...well you guessed it (Off The Chain) and is resembles a fancy grilled delicious burger. Sauce is boss here & one bite into the PinchoDeluxe will have you convinced that this spot is worth driving through a bunch of warehouses and ordering meat on a stick out of a truck.
