The only thing bad about this review is that I can't give it zero stars. What an absolute rip off. $12 for a a hot dog bun sprinkled with tiny pieces of meat and a lot of barbecue sauce. Take my advice and stay away unless you want to give away your hard earned money to someone who doesn't value it. Total complete rip off. Never again.

I been going to Pinchoman for over 15 years. I never been disappointed. He puts his love towards his craft. If you never been here ask for the “off the chain” burger. It really is off the chain

I've been eating his food since I was about 8 years old when he would park in our office parking lot. I'm 26 now and he's still full of nothing but kindness and happy to be making food for people. I recommend nothing but the best for this business, guys come eat here please.

Went to pincho an Ricky after years at pink pony ..... asked for steak with ketchup may mustard and cheese with pap it's like he made it back in the days he said no .... It's my way or u don't get it ..... thinking his way would be good I ate a steak full of bar b Que was so repetitive wanted to throw up after 3 bites ..... why can't I have it my way ?????? The customer way ? U got life wrong papo !!!! U make it the way I want it or no repeat ! Stop being so judge mental I just want what I order my way ? No urs ? Ok? U do what we want not what u want we're the buyers I don't want to call u out like this but u left me no choice after last encounter

Been going to Ricky for 15+ years. It's not the same anymore since his wife divorced him. The food sucks now, he doesn't cook anymore. He has a random Cuban guy cooking that burns all the meats. Everything is well done. Chicken has red in it. Ricky now I guess is getting old, and possibly due to the divorce he's a little snappy aka disrespectful, annoying. After so many years of support I would think by now he would treat me good due to how much money I've spent and the respect I give. It's not the same anymore. Ricky in 2008 was the king of food trucks. Now everything is garbage, overpriced, and you get treated bad.

Visit the Pinchoman Food Truck if you're in Hialeah! Ricky's energy and service is unmatched. FYI - Cash Only! I ordered the Steak and Chicken Pincho Deluxe Sandwiches and the Steak Pincho with Chorizo Fries and Regular Fries. All the food is straight off the grill! The churrasco steak is cooked just right. I personally love the Pincho Deluxe sandwiches, they are very filling! Like many of the other reviews on here, I do agree that the amount of bbq sauce on the meat can be overwhelming and overall the food is overpriced for what it is. I suggest asking for light sauce or opting for the Pincho's that had less bbq sauce on them. Also, I would definitely opt for plain fries next time - the sauce from the meat is enough to get that fix. Be sure to check his hours on their Instagram @pinchomanricky He opens anywhere from 8-8:30pm from Wednesday-Saturday. This is a drive-thru food truck now - someone will either take your order at your car or you can call it in when you're second or third in line.
