My wife and I prefer Pizza Hut over any other chain and this was the best location we’ve ever been to. We’re not from the area so wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff was very friendly and the young gentleman that cooked the pizza brought it out and opened the box so we could ensure it was all correct. Pizza and breadsticks were all fresh and tasted amazing.

Pizza was an hour late!!! When notified Pizza Hut that on the apt pizza would arrive 6:08 pm she said give driver a few minutes I gave driver 20 min No pizza I called back they kept me on hold then hung up I called back said driver not here she said hold and transferred me to a Pizza Hut call center I hung up call store back they once again put me on hold and hung up I called again and they didn’t even answer but I called from my husband phone and they answered I told them it’s been a over a hour she said they can give me 15% off of food I paid 100% for No He’ll no just keep the pizza and money and I never got the pizza I will never order from them again Poooooooor customer service and I don’t know what the driver did with my pizza but I never got the pizza and it was paid for?
I’ve had no problems before but lately they don’t want to serve people came in with a coupon and even tho I’m a repeat customer and been coming to this one for years and I there were no restrictions to how to make the pizza they didn’t want to do it, they are rude and have horrible attitudes. Won’t come here again.

I usually come here to order pasta. I love the breadsticks, but today was different. I walk in to see some workers flirting with a customer. Then, after she left half, the crew was still slacking and talking. They never take long to give me my order. I couldn't see who was in the back working, but I think there was only 1 person. The place has also got so expensive lately. Very bad.
