Actually I decided that this order was the last order. Getting charged a delivery fee, while legal is not morally right. You are also charging an arm and a leg for the pizza, which should cover everything you supposedly use with the delivery fee plus I read some of the delivery fee also goes to the company not all of it goes to the employees expense of delivering. Pizza hit pockets a percentage of that money. Plus making pizza is not.so expensive yet they are charging 10 times as much of what the cost is.

Pizza was hot when I got it all the way so food was great. Server not bad but I was waiting for the pizza and the manger saw it was me but still placed the pizza in the holding unit had I not said anything where was my pizza I probably be still there waiting for the pizza

Cold cheese sticks with the boxes all wet and bent, that’s what I received 30 minutes after my actual delivery time which was 5:pm but the funny part is that I called Pizza Hut and the system tells me that it was already delivered and I had been outside standing waiting for them to arrive and then I ask the shift manager Tyrone supposedly that’s his name and he says with an attitude and really rude tone says that my order was still with the driver and thatI would have to wait whether I liked it or not and then I asked him that if I was just supposed to eat my food frozen cold and he said to call back and that eventually they would make it again and send it late again Then he hung up, Man it’s so sad that we spend so much money on these orders to be treated like if it was our fault and with such nasty attitude $40 dollars spent for cold food
