Really good manager running this place who cares about their customers and makes sure that what they ordered for pick up is what they ordered and if any mistakes, they are willing to fix it. They cook their food nice and fresh. Amazing customer service provided will be a returning customer.

I took the time to place my order my way 1 plain and simple pizza where half was just Ham and Extra Cheese, the other half was BBQ Beef Brisket and they just ruined it all. It was all written, I just had to read it well. What's wrong with you? You had 2 chances to do it right and I still had to leave without my correct order. what a disappointment.

The worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life and I told the clerk to check how they are selling the pizzas and he told me that they sold the pizza so they were crackers with cheese and it is not because of how thin it is but because of how hard it was. From my experience I do not suggest at least going to this pizzeria hut, go to others

I can't find the words to explain how bad I feel. I have been a customer of this store located at 44th and 12th in Hialeah for several years now and the truth is I always place my order online and any family member does me the favor of picking up my pizza. I always pay online so I only have to pick it up, well today I placed my order for my child who wanted to eat pizza and I asked for it and then I went to the store to pick it up when the cashier arrived who claimed to be a manager, no. She didn't even look at my face or say good night with her skittish look and with a lot of arrogance she asked me pick up or order and I told her pick up followed by she told me tell me your name and I told her my name, she took out my pizza and she asked me her card and I answered her and I paid online and she told me if you don't have the card you don't get the pizza ok I understand that there are rules but it is the aggressive manner and the arrogant attitude that makes me upset she mistreats me and I asked about the store manager who came out in defense of the worker and told me with a lot of disrespect, look at me, don't look at her and she won't bring you the pizza and that's it. Her name is Leslie Hernández, I'm very upset, can someone answer me why is this? It is very inconceivable, the truth is that there is no customer service, the treatment is disgusting.
