I ordered a pan pizza(HUGE DIFFERENCE COMAPRED TO OTHER PIZZAS) when I pay for my order and the delivery man leaves I noticed that they sent me a hand tossed. Turns out that they’re all out of pan pizza dough. I totally understand that. What I don’t understand is why they sent me something I didn’t order?? You should call and say “hey do you want a hand tossed instead or would you like to cancel the order(as I would’ve wanted to if they had called and done their job correctly). But now instead of going somewhere else to look for what I want I’m stuck having paid 30 dollars for something I simply do not want or intend to eat. I specifically order Pizza Hut for the pan pizza. I would order from anywhere independently owned if I want skinny dough. Horrible and I’m incredibly upset at the lack of customer service in Hialeah. 30 dollars for a medium hand tossed and a meat pasta. I’m gutted and sick to my stomach at how upset I am.

I order the “New” Tavern Pesto Drizzel, pepperoni & Tomatoes pizza. I received a Pizza with GREEN PEPPERS, Tomatoes, pineapple and pepperoni! I called the store and they just wanted to give me a refund instead of remaking my order. The woman said, they DONT HAVE THE PESTO DRIZZLE. So the made their own choice to add PEPPERS to my pizza instead of calling me and asking if I wanted something else! I told her that I wanted a new pizza delivered and she placed me on HOLD THEN HUNG UP! I’ve called over SIX times and I keep getting hung up on. I called CORPORATE & made a complaint. They only provided me with a coupon, but this STORE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!! They are HORRIBLE!!! The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE! SI NO VAN HACER EL TRABAJO BIEN, DEJEN EL TRABAJO A OTRO QUE LO HAGA! I've been a customer for Pizza Hut for a very long time so I download the app finally I go to get my free pizza it's okay with delivery as long as I make a $15 plus order but I can't pick it up from the store so when I choose carryout it tells me the coupon isn't available at that store but if I choose delivery it's available and you can't get your free pizza unless you order $15 so it really makes no sense they just want you to download the app very upset I think I deserve a free pizza smh

My name is Lissette, on February 12, 2024, I had people coming over to eat, I didn't know what to cook, so I thought about Pizza Hut.Pizza Hut have being one of our favorite restaurant for years.I called and made the order, the person who looked the order was Ivelyn, her employee number, I guess it was 023167, it was a Delivery, ticket # 0120.I told the lady we have people coming for dinner and we needed a good pizza.I order una pizza half ham and half cheese, and another box was a suprime, I asked her to please use the regular bread so they can get full.The pizza came at 6:49pm, I paid the delivery guy 5.19 and pay the pizzas and soda $ 45.28 cents.The guy left and when we were ready to eat, it was owful, the pizzas were skinnies, burned, you couldn't tell what the ingredients were, it was dry, it was a shame! Nobody ate them, we had to order something else to eat.This is the second time it happened to us, it was a bad service.It is such a shame that Pizza Hot is a business that have being around for years and is giving such a bad service!The told us that a manager will give us a callback And we are still waiting for that phone call.Please my recommendation is, if you want to eat out, or make plans to invite friends to for dinner, don't go to pizza Hut, you will loose your money, and look bad in front of your friends or family.We order from the pizza Hot located in 16 and 68 st.

Terrible customer service. I went to buy a pizza with my 10-year-old daughter, I asked to go to the bathroom and the employee told me to go to the 7-Eleven because it was busy. 20 minutes later I asked and the employee got angry and told me that this was not a public bathroom that her husband was using the bathroom. The bathroom cannot be used by clients, but can family members of the staff use it?
