I've been a customer for Pizza Hut for a very long time so I download the app finally I go to get my free pizza it's okay with delivery as long as I make a $15 plus order but I can't pick it up from the store so when I choose carryout it tells me the coupon isn't available at that store but if I choose delivery it's available and you can't get your free pizza unless you order $15 so it really makes no sense they just want you to download the app very upset I think I deserve a free pizza smh

My name is Lissette, on February 12, 2024, I had people coming over to eat, I didn't know what to cook, so I thought about Pizza Hut.Pizza Hut have being one of our favorite restaurant for years.I called and made the order, the person who looked the order was Ivelyn, her employee number, I guess it was 023167, it was a Delivery, ticket # 0120.I told the lady we have people coming for dinner and we needed a good pizza.I order una pizza half ham and half cheese, and another box was a suprime, I asked her to please use the regular bread so they can get full.The pizza came at 6:49pm, I paid the delivery guy 5.19 and pay the pizzas and soda $ 45.28 cents.The guy left and when we were ready to eat, it was owful, the pizzas were skinnies, burned, you couldn't tell what the ingredients were, it was dry, it was a shame! Nobody ate them, we had to order something else to eat.This is the second time it happened to us, it was a bad service.It is such a shame that Pizza Hot is a business that have being around for years and is giving such a bad service!The told us that a manager will give us a callback And we are still waiting for that phone call.Please my recommendation is, if you want to eat out, or make plans to invite friends to for dinner, don't go to pizza Hut, you will loose your money, and look bad in front of your friends or family.We order from the pizza Hot located in 16 and 68 st.

Best pizza hit in Hialeah. Orders are ready when they say they will be ready, and the best part is the staff don’t ignore you when you walk in like in other Pizza Hut locations in the city.Parking: Limited parking and the parking lot has a few holes in it.

This pizza place has the worst customer service called to order a pizza that was supposed to take 35 minutes to be delivered and it took almost two hours called to ask why was it taking to long to be delivered and manager was rude and customer service in that place is horrible poor customer service period

Terrible customer service. I went to buy a pizza with my 10-year-old daughter, I asked to go to the bathroom and the employee told me to go to the 7-Eleven because it was busy. 20 minutes later I asked and the employee got angry and told me that this was not a public bathroom that her husband was using the bathroom. The bathroom cannot be used by clients, but can family members of the staff use it?

First time ordering from this Pizza Hut. Order took over an hour to get here. Food was cold. No extra cheese (that we paid for) or extra sauce that we specified in the order. Money wasted. Wont be ordering here again.

Ordered a pizza half cheese half pepperoni noticed I didn’t have any pepperoni called back the store to see if they could send out another pizza after talking to carmen she rudely told me there was pepperoni on my pizza and hung up the phone on me twice she said they just added extra cheese after explaining there wasn’t any extra cheese nor pepperoni she proceed to call me rude things she needs to be fired ?

I paid more for cheese sticks with my order and reviced the cheaper bread sticks instead. I spoke to Maria and then an hour later Frank at the store to see if they would send the driver back with my breadsticks and they both said yes but they lied.
