This place is excellent, very fresh food. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but it's worth the wait. The staff is very professional, and very helpful. The girls at the drive thru are amazing. Very competitive price.
I dont normally write reviews but I came to pollo campero to get some food it was my first time here the food was good but I wanted to comment on Lianets service . She was so kind and attentive . She offered me a drink while I waited and made sure to offer me sauces for my order. It was nice to get good service .
The chicken tasted “ok”, but the presentation and quality didn’t match the menu photos or the ads. I ordered through the drive-thru and was disappointed to open the box and see nuggets that looked dry and overcooked—nothing like the crispy, juicy pieces shown online. It felt like the food had been sitting for a while. I was expecting a bit more consistency and freshness, especially from a place that prides itself on flavor and presentation.
