Another Pollo Tropical that treats its costumers like animals. You order food and ask for a cup of water and they give you a tiny little cup like we are animals. Before they used to give a bigger cup.

I went for lunch today, and my order was missing the yuca. When I asked to speak with the manager, a blonde lady came over with a terrible attitude and poor presentation for someone in a managerial role. The food was just okay, but the chicken was disappointing—dry, old, and lacking flavor.

It was hot but they ran out of certain condinments
I usually enjoy Pollo Tropical and often buy from other locations, but this visit was very disappointing. The food was good, as always, but the person who attended me was extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate because I’ve never had this kind of experience at other Pollo Tropical locations. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident, but it definitely left a bad impression.

I miss Hialeah and my culture here. The workers are all outgoing, friendly, fast, clean. With exemptional attention. Friendly greetings with fast service. Unlike in Broward where the workers are all from the hood they aren't friendly, are very slow, dirty with bad attitudes. There are really differences in cultures. Love my people in Hialeah.
