Every time I buy here is bad. Today I got a chicken quesadilla meal with tostones. The chicken in the qusadilla was raw, tostones were hard as rock. Unfortunately I couldn't turn back due to my job. Very frustrating very disappointing. I lost my time and money .

They messed up my order , I asked to remove what I asked them no to put and they redid it with 1/4 of the portions. Won’t be eating pollo tropical for them to mess up and then punish me for it. I asked kindly not to be to much of a bother but wow.

Another Pollo Tropical that treats its costumers like animals. You order food and ask for a cup of water and they give you a tiny little cup like we are animals. Before they used to give a bigger cup.

I went for lunch today, and my order was missing the yuca. When I asked to speak with the manager, a blonde lady came over with a terrible attitude and poor presentation for someone in a managerial role. The food was just okay, but the chicken was disappointing—dry, old, and lacking flavor.
