Had an amazing exp. Staff was nice, professional and very sweet. No attitudes and the food was nice and hot and fresh. And a food or chicken without Cilantro sauce ain't food from pollo tropical. Love it

I miss Hialeah and my culture here. The workers are all outgoing, friendly, fast, clean. With exemptional attention. Friendly greetings with fast service. Unlike in Broward where the workers are all from the hood they aren't friendly, are very slow, dirty with bad attitudes. There are really differences in cultures. Love my people in Hialeah.

Good clean food for on the go. Restaurants need an upgraded design and atmosphere. Bathrooms are filthy and need to be cleaner … this is for the brand overall as opposed to this specific location
