This food looks pathetic. They messed up everyone in my group’s order. There was not even a single order that was correct. This is absurd they should not even be in business. Bc I do not play abt my food. I want to eat good and now I’m eating garbage because people who are getting paid to do their jobs cannot seem to do them properly. And that is what pisses me off. Everyone that worked on this order deserves to be fired. AI and robots could’ve made my food and put together the food better than they did. At this point I’m so done. I am never going to eat at ANY pollo tropical again. Such a waste of money.

If I can give it zero stars I can. We order a half a chicken with French fries along with a chicken sandwich grilled. The crew member said that the fries have to be made and it's everything you order a half a chicken for example they don't want to make fries causing us to go wait outside in the parking lot. Other fast food establishments never had problems with the fry machine it's only you that has a issue.

I have come to this location every day for the past 20 years. Lately the night crew just doesn’t care. I have kindly asked more than 5 times for them to toast the chicken quesadilla wrap because they ALWAYS GIVE IT TO ME COLD with the cheese super cold and not melted. It gets really tiring having to ask multiple times to get something done how it’s meant to be done all to have the employees really not care.
