If I can give it zero stars I can. We order a half a chicken with French fries along with a chicken sandwich grilled. The crew member said that the fries have to be made and it's everything you order a half a chicken for example they don't want to make fries causing us to go wait outside in the parking lot. Other fast food establishments never had problems with the fry machine it's only you that has a issue.
HORRIBLE always messing up on BASIC orders , food ALWAYS cold . They need new management & employees .

I have come to this location every day for the past 20 years. Lately the night crew just doesn’t care. I have kindly asked more than 5 times for them to toast the chicken quesadilla wrap because they ALWAYS GIVE IT TO ME COLD with the cheese super cold and not melted. It gets really tiring having to ask multiple times to get something done how it’s meant to be done all to have the employees really not care.

At home we love all their meals, but lately the size of the chickens has been reduced considerably, something to keep in mind.
I just ordered a whole chicken white meat only and they said it has to be the whole chicken regular, what the fffff only in hialeah they dont care a ffffff, i dont eat dark meatttttt

I want to give this place a high rating as there’s some times that things are done right or they make up for their mistakes but today I really got annoyed. I do speak Spanish, However, I still end up with a language barrier with the drive-through stuff. This is like the fourth time that they have misunderstood my order that I received something I did not want. Well, this time I ordered the $15 Special for the original family meal. I only intended to order that and I only wanted to spend 15. After I ordered that the person. On the speaker asked what side I wanted, and she listed the sides. She didn’t ask if I wanted sides. So I assumed an Additional side was included. When they went to rang me up. The total was $19 and some change. I asked the person at the register My total came out so high when I only ordered the $15 meal and he said it was because I ordered fries. I then argued with him and told him well. Can you take them back then because I didn’t mean To order them. I already ordered it and it was too late and that I couldn’t removed it from the order. I was really upset And just went ahead and took the fries anyway because I didn’t want to fight but I saw no way of winning. Perhaps should’ve just driven away with without paying or taking the food ave just leaving it there. But I didn’t do that. I just sucked it up and paid for it. I just feel upset that I felt like I was tricked into buying something extra and then forced to pay for it because of a misunderstanding. Once again, this is not the first time I have issues at the drive-through at Pollo tropical I really love their food, but I think I’m done going through the drive-through. I’m just gonna go in for now on.
