This is THE BEST Pollo Tropical I have ever been to. The customer service is Amazing. But even better than that the chicken was tender cooked thoroughly and juicy marinated very flavorful and the brown rice is perfect. I still can believe the chicken was so amazing. I will definitely see if I can go to this location from now on. My coworker said the same thing and Pollo is his favorite place to buy food. When we went there we were not expecting this because we eat a pollo often all over Florida and Georgia when traveling. It’s the best flavor we both tasted of all of them we have visit. Accommodation to the Chef…. And the team who prepares the food.

Today, at the time of 8:50 pm, 9/4/2025; 825 E 49th St, Hialeah, FL 33013, Employer # 473055, Melissa. Don't know if Melissa is the one who gave me the food, however refer to the heavyset white Spanish lady with black hair who was on the headset taking oders she was rude, nasty and the way she spoke was very rushed. Also, to make matter worse there was a baby roach mix in the rice and beans!!!!

Falta de respect what's the point of doing a mobile order and not give it to you. We made a damn line for 28 mins to be turned down. And then they expect you to park in a parking lot that has no parking. Management needs to step it up . They are out here making there own rules . Reaching out to corporate.

I just got out of the Pollo Tropical store in Hialeah and the service was great. William (The Manager) and his staff. Were absolutely awesome. The service was Top notch. I would recommend this store hands down to everyone. Great place to eat. If you want a whole chicken with great flavor come here. And at a great price. That was the best service I've ever had in my life. 😍
