Pollo Tropical is always good food for a good price and constantly tasty. Sometimes is a little dry but its always good.
The young man working the late night window was very nice, respectful and very helpful in making my decision. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and the different tastes, so he gave very good recommendations.
This was important to me because this is a drive up location and not a dine in location.
I would come back to this location just because of his help and customer service.

One star because 0 stars is not an option. This restaurant serves trash. I ordered a (white meat chicken breast) quarter chicken meal and received bones and a dried up wing. I can't believe this is even legal. I feel like they stold my money. This is my first time at this location, and I will never ever go back to it and probably not another location either. This food chain has lost all of their quality and is serving the bottom of the barrel food. This restaurant should be shut down. STAY AWAY FROM HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I come to this Pollo Tropical almost everyday, and I must say that I impressed with their food quality and customer service . Specially I have to mention Dayami ,she is one of the employees and she always is smiling and providing her best attitude to their clients. Everything is clean and I will continue ordering food from this Pollo Tropical ♥️
