This was recommended by a local uber driver and when i tell you he was correct about the food is an understatement. 3 meat combo was amazing, a lot of food for the price but the front counter could do a little bit more smiling. What can i expect with fast food, go there for the food and ignore everything else.

Super clean restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff - immediately address any issues and assist with selecting among the yummy options. We often get the Family Meal Duo with Mojo Pork. What a deal for 4 people- plenty of food. Our favorite sauces are White Garlic Cilantro, Salsa and Curry. Platanos cooked to perfection! Fried yuca is not greasy- instead toasty and tender inside. MOST IMPORTANTLY- This Pollo Tropical always has chicken that is perfect- juicy and hot. We also enjoy that they have brown rice available.

I'm writing this review now since I'm seeing repeating patterns of missing or wrong items. I understand rush hours are stressful, but the lack of organization jeopardizes the correct orders. I enjoy Pollo Tropical, it's one of my favorite restaurants, but this is the one particular location that needs further training or better organization/communication skills when completing orders.
The chicken was tender and very tasty. The black beans tasted like homemade.
