Order food online an got a family meal , to get only meat no rice or beans . Try calling the Uber guy 4 times no answer. Tried calling the place same thing no answer. It is the first time the only reason we order from there it's the closest to are house. Dog water stuff....

I usually enjoy Pollo Tropical, but my recent visit was really disappointing. I ordered a kid’s choppy chop with brown rice, and although my receipt clearly said brown rice, I was given white rice instead. I ate the chicken and beans first, and when I got to the rice, I realized the mistake.
I went back inside and politely asked for a side of brown rice, offering to throw away the white rice since I hadn’t touched it (I don’t eat white rice at all). Unfortunately, the young man at the register was rude and dismissive, telling me I should have come back sooner and basically refusing to help.
I hope the management trains staff better on how to handle small mistakes with kindness and respect. It really makes a difference.

If it were possible, I wouldn't give this place this star. The food was cold as soon as I finished it. The lady in the dispatch area seemed upset. I really don't recommend this establishment.

Terrible, pure bone chicken. We ordered brisket and they gave us a chicken troso full of bone, which is why that place is always empty.

They pack a family meal of whole chicken rice beans plantanes pork and any extra side in one bag. When you ask for sauce they literally give you two if your lucky. And those of us who dare to ask for more cilantro you get this look of disdane from the cashier like how dare you ask for more sauce. Then they only give you an extra two cilantros when you ordered a family meal. Its the reason why we opt for other places because they are not customer friendly.
