Good afternoon I went yesterday 10/11/24 to pick up some spaghetti and when I paid, I see that they automatically charged me a $4.00 tip. I have always tipped in the 20-something years that I have been going, but it seems to me that they are already charging it obligatory and that I don't think it's correct without the customers authorizing it, since one of the employees told me that when you pay by card they already have it programmed to collect the tip.

I went to pick up an order and when I arrived I found that the bill included a 4.00 doiar tip without me having given it. What a nerve, if I don't see the receipt I won't notice. What a steal. I have been visiting the place for 25 years and I don't think I will ever go again. There are many pizzerias in Miami to do that

The worst thing is that the lady at the leiser is always in a hurry with a bad face, when you arrive there is always someone in front of you and you have to wait and if you arrive 5 minutes late because of the traffic she treats you extremely badly.

The atmosphere is pleasant, the food horrible. When we arrived they gave us menus that were dirty and full of grease. The steak was raw. The steak has an onion and parsley sauce that is not specified on the menu (I don't eat onion) when I asked for it to be changed what they did was wash the steak, they brought it to the table without salt and pepper. And not to mention the prices. I WON'T GO TO THAT PLACE AGAIN.
