Good afternoon I went yesterday 10/11/24 to pick up some spaghetti and when I paid, I see that they automatically charged me a $4.00 tip. I have always tipped in the 20-something years that I have been going, but it seems to me that they are already charging it obligatory and that I don't think it's correct without the customers authorizing it, since one of the employees told me that when you pay by card they already have it programmed to collect the tip.

Good place to eat varied and not at a very high price. Very good service, cleanliness and quite a bit of variability in the menu ?recommended

Parking: It gets crowded but you always find a place.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, very approved for children.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes easy to access

This is my go to restaurant for Cuban Style pizza and ice cream. I've been coming to this Polo Norte location for more than 20 years needless to say it has sentimental value for me and my family. It's definitely come a long way they expanded and now even offer all kinds of Cuban dishes/plates which are delicious as well.
