Let me start by saying that I’ve been watching videos and being sent all types of promotions for this particular location and brand of Cuban food. I read the reviews I hardly ever do a review for anything because I don’t care really for reviews. I do read them and I don’t understand how can anybody say this is the Best pan con bistec completely opposite of what they’re claiming completely opposite of what these reviews are claiming, I don’t understand if people don’t have a pallet or don’t understand good food, or never been exposed to a really good sandwich and a juicy piece of meat in this case the steak when I tell you, it was like a piece of rubber leather that tasted that it was three or four days old. The bread was the only thing that was edible along with the tomatoes and lettuce. I had to remove the steak to be able to eat a little bit of the bread and tomatoes. Bread was soft but chewy. I gave the other half to someone and they didn’t even eat it. They have dentures and they couldn’t chew through the leather that you call a steak. You should be ashamed of yourselves for saying and claiming that this is the best steak sandwich in Hialeah I cannot believe I spent $15. I was extremely hungry and I was debating on ordering this because There seems not to exist a really good Cuban sandwich in Miami Florida. That takes passion and put love into their food. It’s a damn shame

We drove 70 miles to bring my cousin and his wife to this restaurant, and it turned out to be an absolute disappointment from start to finish. The place looked like a dump, the service was practically non-existent, and the food was nothing like what was advertised—far from it. Add to that the hefty price tag, and this becomes a place I would strongly think twice—maybe three times—before ever returning to. Definitely not worth the trip.

I was flipping through the phone and I saw A reel of someone stating they had the best stake sandwich ( pan con biste ) . I had to try it, especially because it was near my home and I never noticed it. So my review is that it is a great sandwich. I enjoyed it and also had a Mamay shake. Also wonderful. My wife had some chicken wings and she said they were great as well. I highly recommend the establishment clean and friendly servers. I will definitely be coming back.

They have the absolute best pan con bistec in Hialeah. Juicy well cooked steak with an incredible garlic sauce that I can put on anything. The staff is very responsive and respectful. The owner is attentive to all guests. The food was made with urgency and quickly but still properly made. Inside is very clean and smells great.

We had an amazing lunch at Pronto! The pan con bistec was amazing and the pan con lechon was also equally amazing. The service was excellent and we finished our meal with a classic Cuban colada. I’ll definitely be going back.
