This is an unassuming place in a strip mall. However, it provides a five star experience that is not to be missed! Donald, the owner, is very welcoming and generously provided multiple treats to sample while he was cooking my tofu stirfry lunch. He creates delicious and innovative plant based meals and treats. This place is a complete enigma: in the middle of absolute nowhere-Hialeah a tiny kitchen one-man-band that makes absolutely INNOVATIVE, delicious, super-creative plant-based dishes to take out. Donald is incredibly passionate when he talks about every detail of his culinary process. He’s a man filled with kindness and wisdom. I’m so glad I met him. And you should too.
