The service was subpar. I ordered a country skillet and they forgot my sausage gravy, I ordered a side of bacon they forgot it. By the time I got my gravy my food was ice cold. The Cuban bread was hard as a rock. My potatoes were bland and they used to have the best potatoe with cheddar cheese and onions ever. My grandma said her coffee was cold but had a good taste. Honestly I was disappointed because I used to come all the time and it was great but i don’t know if they changed the management or not but huge difference. The portion size of the skillet is not worth 15.99.

I came here for breakfast and was seated right away. From the menu, I noticed this was a typical diner food but with a Latin twist, which I found unique. I ordered the vegetable omelette with bacon, hash brown and Cuban toast. It was okay but I feel like it could have been better. The hash brown and toast could be a bit toastier and the eggs in the omelette were a bit overcooked. The service was good as the staff provided some suggestions and the ambiance was nice.

We haven’t been here in a long long time. Hour entire family was excited because they recently changed ownership and wanted to support them as we have known the new owners for a while. However I got to keep this honest. The only positive of this was the restaurant was clean. Everything else was terrible. They are definitely not ready for business. The waitress was super slow, disorganized, and disoriented. We had 6 booths. After 25 min of being there is when she decided to take the order of just one booth and went back to the counter/coffee station to just stand there. Finally, they came to give us water. About 35 min in and they took the order of the remainder 5 booths.
Coffee and drinks never came so some of us in the party walked up to the counter and got the drinks and coffee ourselves. some time passed and only parts of the order for one booth started to arrive. For example, someone got their toast before their meal. Another person just got a side of bacon. Another person got a pancake and a couple of eggs. Not one completed order. Anyway, after almost 2 hours we couldn’t take it anymore and decided to leave. I left $15 for the 3 coffees and scrambled eggs we got in our booth (the eggs were missing the sausage and potatoes). Then one of the ladies working there started arguing with us and blaming the machine that can only do 3 orders at a time. We didn’t really want to argue back because it was already a terrible experience. But she kept on and we politely had to tell her she was wrong and some words were exchanged that truly were unacceptable from a business that is supposed to attend to patrons. Long story short, we left they chased us outside to continue to argue but how long does it take to make 13 scrambled eggs?
I really want them to succeed since this place has been there for over 40 years, but they got a lot of work to do and fix the problem with nasty attitude from staff. We’ll be back when they find their footing and hopefully I’ll change the rating, but for now it’s a no go for us

Under new management so we tried different appetizers and beers everything was very good I would like to return and try dinner and hear the love music when available.

The Original Ranch House Restaurant is such a gem! From the moment we walked in, the service was welcoming and friendly. Nadine took great care of us—she recommended the churrasco and eggs, and wow… they were absolutely the best I’ve ever had. The churrasco was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor, the bacon was perfectly crispy, and the eggs were cooked just right. My husband ordered the Belgian waffles with chicken, and those were just as amazing—crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and paired perfectly with the chicken. Overall, everything from the food to the service made for a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Today my family and I visited the restaurant, we arrived at 10 am and the food was not served until 11:30, the wait for the drinks and then for the food was horrible, the service is terrible, they do not pass by the table for anything, and then after waiting so long when the breakfast arrived but still, the food is terrible nothing was cooked as we ordered, I do not recommend it, do not waste your time or your money

This is the best Breakfast restaurant in Hialeah, if you come please get the hangover burger incredible good.

The coffee is extremely good and also try the tiramisu. 10/10 would 100% recommend it

Ordered and waited over 20 minutes for a cafe con leche and a breakfast sandwich. I did not know it took more than 5 minutes to fry some eggs and bacon and slap it onto a bread. Never again.

I had not come here in a while and I was surprised how good it was. I recently came back to town after a few years and came to see some family and came to this restaurant. It still has the same charm from the old times but now under new management it’s uplifted. The food was Amazing. The service was warm and homely. And the ambiance of the place it’s superb and now I hear they open at night and have light music too!!! Can’t wait to come check it out later.

Man.. I just came here to get WiFi for my uber but I would come back here just to grab some food thanks to a very very nice staff

Great food. Must try the steak and eggs.
Must also try the country fried steak.
We were pleasantly surprised in a positive way.
New management has given this place a fresh great start.
