I came here for breakfast and was seated right away. From the menu, I noticed this was a typical diner food but with a Latin twist, which I found unique. I ordered the vegetable omelette with bacon, hash brown and Cuban toast. It was okay but I feel like it could have been better. The hash brown and toast could be a bit toastier and the eggs in the omelette were a bit overcooked. The service was good as the staff provided some suggestions and the ambiance was nice.
The Original Ranch House Restaurant is such a gem! From the moment we walked in, the service was welcoming and friendly. Nadine took great care of us—she recommended the churrasco and eggs, and wow… they were absolutely the best I’ve ever had. The churrasco was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor, the bacon was perfectly crispy, and the eggs were cooked just right. This is the best Breakfast restaurant in Hialeah, if you come please get the hangover burger incredible good.
