This is a great place to have dessert. The merengones, cholados, and fruit salads are very good and tasty. The salty food is OK. The service is terrible and it needs a big improvement. The servers don't pay attention to the customers. You need to tell them how to do everything because they stand in a corner to talk between themselves and don't care about giving a good service to their customers.

I think they changed owners or something happened, the food is no longer the same, everything is bad, the empanadas, the shampoo was good now 2 times and a total failure tasted bad, the arepas not to mention the salpicon looked like an artificial juice without fruit and the fruit salad with some old pieces of fruit... unpleasant like all Caleña knows about flavors and I gave it 3 chances and I won't be back :(

I normally loved this place it was like being in Colombia but lately the food is deteriorating rapidly, today I placed an order for a tamale and it was over seasoned and salty it was orange in color, last week I placed an order for a beef burger but apparently the meat was spoiled etc

Today, Saturday afternoon around 4:20, I went to buy a cholado to take to work, but unfortunately some of the fruits had a bitter taste and I couldn't eat it, and since I'm pregnant I can't drink it. risk of eating something spoiled, while at work I threw the product in the trash around 4:38 and took photographs of the evidence since I could not return to the place to deliver the product; Once I called the restaurant to make the complaint, Milena answered me in a rude and despotic manner saying that the rules of the restaurant are that I must bring the product, but it was already in the trash because unfortunately I don't know the rules of the place, but one thing I know is that they must respond to the client in a respectful and attentive manner. Later, Milena tells me to talk to the manager Aura and that I should call in 10 minutes. Once I call, another worker named Aura answers, who is worse in rudeness, does not allow the client to speak and does not give any solution, she tells me that I should bring the product and I tell him that I finish my work at 10 and I can take it after work but I have to take it out of the trash; Dora, who is so rude, tells me that I should take it completely and I actually threw it in the trash and I don't know the state of the product in the trash. I can share the photographs.
I do not recommend this place due to the bad customer service and the poor quality of the product. I want to reiterate that it is not fair to leave a tip for a product that you are going to pick up with such terrible attention and poor quality.

The WORST arepa I have ever eaten in my life. I ordered an arepa with pork rinds and cheese. First the worst, The chicharron was inedible, it was like chewing plastic and it felt like it was old or from the previous day. Second, the sauce that was mixed with the chicharron and the cheese, unnecessary, sweet and did not contribute anything to the arepa. The bathrooms, a disaster, did not even have soap to wash your hands and be careful that the same bathroom is surely used by the employees. There are many other places with much better quality of Colombian food and at a better price. If this place continues like this, we will surely not see it open in the future. Unfortunate because I remember that before it was very good, but if you lower the quality and raise the prices, that is a formula for failure.
