I hate having to write this review because this is one of my favorite spots but I must. I just left from there maybe 30 min ago and when I got home and started to drink my mango juice made in water, I started to feel weird pieces in my drink. I didnt think anything of it and I continued until I had to stop and see what was in my mouth and it was pieces of plastic from the mango wrap they have on it before blending it. I thought maybe it was just a few pieces but it was the whole entire juice full of pieces of plastic. The juice alone costs almost 8 dollars so I had to throw it away to avoid drinking straight plastic juice. How unfortunate. This isnt the first time I come across small inconveniences but this one is a down right safety hazard. Im depressed about my damn juice. Heres a picture of all the pieces I took out of my juice before throwing it away for reference. Please be more mindful of your customers.

I hoped for heavy whipping cream inside the Strawberries and Cream cup 😕 it comes with ice cream and whipped cream. Still good 🤷♀️ a bit pricey at $13.90.

This is a great place to have dessert. The merengones, cholados, and fruit salads are very good and tasty. The salty food is OK. The service is terrible and it needs a big improvement. The servers don't pay attention to the customers. You need to tell them how to do everything because they stand in a corner to talk between themselves and don't care about giving a good service to their customers.

I think they changed owners or something happened, the food is no longer the same, everything is bad, the empanadas, the shampoo was good now 2 times and a total failure tasted bad, the arepas not to mention the salpicon looked like an artificial juice without fruit and the fruit salad with some old pieces of fruit... unpleasant like all Caleña knows about flavors and I gave it 3 chances and I won't be back :(

I normally loved this place it was like being in Colombia but lately the food is deteriorating rapidly, today I placed an order for a tamale and it was over seasoned and salty it was orange in color, last week I placed an order for a beef burger but apparently the meat was spoiled etc

You arrive at 10 pm and the time is 11:00 pm just to have ice cream and they say that only some things in the kitchen but that part is closed without any intention of wanting to do it, what a shame that they have such bad service and those that They serve such a bad attitude
