Food and service were terrible. I used dine here all the time. It seems like they changed owners or administration. So sad. Won't be coming back here anymore

Service was terrible, our waitress was constantly on her phone and rude when approached. Some guests waited 20+ minutes for menus because the QR codes didn’t work.
Food was overpriced for the small portions and mediocre quality. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

We ordered some empanadas, but they didn't look fresh, same with the soup. U have to pay via zelle or Cash. They don't accept credit card

Food was delicious, however they charge you through zelle to a personal account and on the check there's a fee for using card and the tip is already added. They said they were having trouble and had to do that today but 2 months ago a friend had the same issue. Didn't think it was a big issue until I saw the check with all the fees added.

Location isn't everything: exceptional food can elevate even the most modest establishments. Unfortunately, Ricolombia fails on both fronts. The meat on the Bandeja Paisa was dried beyond repair, leaving it tasteless. However, the restaurant requires an 18% tip, a level of compensation typically reserved for establishments that offer impeccable service and execution, neither of which was evident. More scandalous was the deliberate confusion over tipping. My elderly grandmother had to tip without revealing that it had already been applied. Only when I asked did the waiter admit it...an omission that seems more calculated than accidental. Adding to the concern, the lack of physical menus forces customers to scan a tattered QR code, a system known for price manipulation and real-time adjustments...do all customers really pay the same rate? The experience was further marred by the sight of a child wandering behind the counter, with an iPad, underscoring the dissonance between the restaurant's casual reality and its inflated pricing model. All the Cuban restaurants surrounding the area would NEVER charge these prices, much less the tip. A restaurant can charge high prices, but it must offer a top-notch experience. Ricolombia does neither of the two things. If the focus were on culinary excellence rather than opportunistic pricing, location would be irrelevant. Instead, it's a masterclass in misaligned priorities. Save your money.

Very very very spicy, 100% black pepper, I'm almost certain that the
That cuisine is not from Colombia. Oh the truth is that we came because we located it close to the airport and we were already on time for another nearby option. I don't recommend it at all!

The best thing was the attention of the girl Deya 10/10, I had come before, the food was always delicious and the smoothies were very good, but good customer service definitely makes the difference

The food is very good, and if they don't receive a card I even withdraw money just to go eat, I really love it.
Kid-friendliness: The waitresses are very attentive to my children

The seasoning is delicious, just never order roast beef because they give you a portion as if it were for an infant.
Adding it to the time of payment does not compensate for what you ate, It is a place you go to once, you do not repeat

It is a shame to have to modify my opinion to make the suggestion to the new lady who works that damages the experience of being able to eat comfortably in the place, her way of treating you, the way she looks at you makes you feel like you are bothering her for placing the order about the food that is ordered, if you make a comment he turns to your eyes and looks with an annoyed face. It has already happened on my last two visits and I won't go back again. All of us who are eating notice the lack of empathy to serve as if it were a favor.
The beef sancocho is deadly, I would return! Super friendly attention, a very cozy place, I am Venezuelan but it made me feel at home.
The seasoning of the soup is as if it were made at home.
I'll be back soon.
