Iāve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a while. I come here almost every week because they offer exactly what I need during my lunch break: quick, homemade-style, healthy meals at a reasonable price. Normally, I can rely on them to serve me my soup, drink, and main dish promptly, so I can enjoy everything and get back to work well within my hour break.
However, I had a frustrating experience today. I noticed it was busier than usual, which I understand happens, but it led to a lot of mix-ups. My soup was forgotten until after I got my main dish, and it arrived without a spoon. I also didnāt receive my drink or the side sauce Iād asked for, and I had to wave down another waitress just to get what I needed. All of this delay meant I ended up rushing through my meal in just a few minutes and left feeling quite stressed about getting back to work on time. Which unfortunately I was late to. And only ate a half of my plate.
I really do love this place and I hope today was just an off day. Iād just encourage the staff to stay attentive even when itās busy and double-check that everythingās served in the right order. Iāll be back, but I hope next time itās the smooth, quick experience Iām used to.

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday morning, and loved the food, very tasty and abundant. However, the service provided by the young waitress (dark blond hair with tattoos on her arms) was very disappointing since she didn't make any effort to explain anything about the menu even when asked, her demeanor made it look like she hated working there and she even threw the utensils and straws on the table, meaning no manners, we were nothing but courteous and polite to her, but her attitude was very unfriendly and unprofessional, we tipped out of sense of humanity and kindness but she did not deserve any tip at all.... I think service makes a huge difference when it comes to recommending a place to friends and family, so I strongly suggest for the owner to address this issue and the level of service provided to be improved in order for customers to be satisfied and recommend the restaurant as well as leaving positive feedback.

I come from very far away and I really wanted to eat Venezuelan and it really exceeded expectations! The beef soup was brutal! And the roast beef patacĆ³n, not to mention! We had to order takeout because the portions are big! And also good service! Ori and Daniela very kind and attentive! Thank you very much 100% recommended!!!
