It seems that the Cook is not Peruvian or is trying to learn how to cook Peruvian food. Advice? Make sure you stick strictly to the recipe. The Chicha Morada... as my wife said, it had a strange perfume flavor... it lacked lemon. The truth? I wouldn't recommend it. I'm sorry.

I have a meeting at home and I sent to order an order of ceviche and anticucho for my family, they just picked up my order and the anticucho BEING THAT IT WAS ORDERED NOT TO BE COOKED!! They sent it to me burned!! Inedible!! How is it possible ???
