I felt like I was in Miami in the 1980s. It felt good and the attention the lady gave me made me feel home. Definitely recommend this Sarussi. The experience is just different!

I got the big cuban sandwich and it was good but lacks meats for $23 dollars. I would had add more pork. The bread is really good tho

These sandwiches don’t miss. Always as good as the last time. This mom and pop deserves more recognition, these sandwiches are 🔥. It all started in Calle Ocho but they have several locations. Doesn’t matter which one you go to the recipe is second to none.

Sarussi is totally untraditional to what you will see at other Cuban sandwich shops. The size of their sandwiches are huge. The bread is always fresh. The meats are always fresh. Their Cuban sandwich and the Steak sandwiches are my favorite. Now what sets Sarrusi apart is that damn secret sauce they put on their sandwiches. You will not see it in any traditional Cuban spot but it totally elevates their sandwiches to another level. Been going there for many years. Always a 5 Star.

Used to come here when I was a kid, great memories. Ordered the large churrasco sandwich. Extremely overpriced for what we got. Seemed like old overcooked meat. Few bites were just bread. The secret sauce has pickles / relish, didn’t love it. Tostones seemed old and tough too. Kind of disappointed.

The workers there are the worse. They used to close at 8 then they change it to 7 and now they close at 6. It is like they don’t care about the customers. God forbid you call 20 minutes before they close. Probably get a sandwich with extra spit on it. Go to another Sarussi even if its farther and I live 1 block away from it.

Long-standing quaint community staple that has the touch!

All the sandwiches are usually great.
The garlic butter/oil used on top of pressed bread is delicious and a signature of Sarussi.

The service is attentive and fast.
The restaurant is clean.
Would highly recommend for locals and visitors alike. A wonderful experience of Miami-Cuban cuisine.
