We work for the city of hialeah, 911, we order from them all the time , today we order and we were missing a baleada, we called the restaurant to advise them but the lady who answer the phone was extremely rude as if we were trying to get a free $6 baleada, like we don’t order over $100 of every 3 times a week.

I really enjoy the authenticity of the food at this restaurant. The food is great, but the customer service is bad, and that makes me not want to return. Waiting an hour inside the restaurant for a small order, with only two tables occupied, is ridiculous, especially when I called ahead. To the manager: the food is excellent, but don't lose customers because of bad service.
