We work across the street at Ashley and we always go to smoothie king to get our fill. This time my coworkers and I went to get a smoothie bowl, we got three and they were horrible. They were watery and completely melted. Also the person on shift at the time had a bad attitude(3/23/24-6:00pm)

I asked for an exchange because nor me or my partner liked his drink it tasted very bad and we was treated very rudely so I summitted a complaint on their website about my experience and was immediately called by the manager who apologized for the employee who was rude and mean and it wasn't her first time. I was offered a gift card for my continued business but that never happened even after I tried to follow up with them never been to another smoothie king again!

I came in today and tried to buy a shake. I asked the lady a few questions regarding a shake - had a little attitude and did not speak any English. It is really frustrating not having workers who can’t communicate effectively with a customer in English for their needs. With that said, I walked out and didn’t purchase anything.

I order 4 bowls from here & all 4 looked disgusting in a puddle of liquid berries with all the ingredients swimming around. Extremely disappointed, if this is what cost $12 each you guys really need to fix that or train your employees better to make them.

I tried ordering the Hive Five smoothie bowl again.... But when it arrived I couldn't even open it as I would get the smoothie all over and no need for a spoon it's mostly liquid at this point just put it in a cup with a top for a spoon... I will have to put this in the freezer to at least open without a mess. I would say the online delivery was quick and great service which I was surprised but even the distance to me wouldn't have melted it that fast it was made thicker. I'm disappointed
People need better training in doing the smoothies at this location. They get your order wrong then want to argue with you about it. Then they become rude because you just want your order the correct way

I’m giving this a one star because the service here is horrible , walked in and the cashier didn’t even say hello, I asked for the hulk and with a bad attitude she asked me what flavor. I had a picture of my rewards code and she told me I wasn’t allowed to use that and I have used it before. Didn’t give me my receipt and made my order wrong. Clearly your team member need tú be retrained in customer service.
