On Saturday night I went to order a shake, but they made it too runny, it wasn't thick. I mentioned it to the employee who made it (there were two employees at the time), and her solution was to add a lot of ice, which made it thick but tasted like water. I told him he was poorly prepared, but his attitude was quite negative.

Because of their attitude, I preferred to ask for a refund, but they both responded that they didn't give refunds, so I had to keep the shake as it was. I would like to know if the company's policy really prohibits refunds in cases of dissatisfaction with the product.

Also, I noticed that the same employee was mopping before making the smoothie and did not wash her hands before doing so.

I suggest you educate your employees about the refund policy and the importance of washing hands before handling food. If they really don't do refunds, it would be helpful to post a sign informing customers that they must accept the product as they receive it.

I love these smoothies but lately they’ve been hiring non English speaking young Cuban girls who have really bad attitudes. They also take too long to make the smoothie bc they’re too busy talking amongst each other. The only one who is on her game is the young girl who speaks English and has been here the longest: don’t know her name bc they don’t wear name tags.

The smoothies will always be great. No doubt about that. However,the staff could be more friendly and smile more. But,the neatness and cleanliness is not a good image..just coming in you are introduced to a dirty floor throughout the floor to the registers. I even took a pic to show.

This Smoothie King location is really hit or miss, but unfortunately, it’s usually a miss. Every visit is a gamble. The wait time is ridiculous—even if there’s a long line of customers waiting, there always seem to be employees hiding in the back instead of helping out. When I finally get my smoothie, it’s often made incorrectly, and the attitude I get from employees when I ask for it to be fixed is disappointing. Consistency and customer service just aren’t priorities here. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for a reliable experience or friendly staff.

The fact that they had a young girl on a Saturday morning by herself is beyond me but she held her own and did an amazing job! She continuously apologized for the delay and NEVER stopped being polite even though she was slammed. GREAT JOB to the employee, SK management DO BETTER.

Horrible, if you order in the morning you won’t get your food till 8 even though they open at 7. I’ve been parked outside since 7 and it is now 8AM and nobody has arrived poor kid sitting outside looks like he works here but the person with the key is always late. Someone please fire this person and make sure you get on time to your job. Worst smoothie king for sure. Below is picture 28 minutes after opening and still nobody here.

The employees here are awful, they don't listen have a terrible attitude and will absolutely talk smack to your face if they think you dont speak Spanish. Mel H. Was the one who took my order and she misheard my order proceeded to disrespect me in Spanish claiming I need to learn to speak assuming I didn't speak Spanish. Absolutely someome who should be knowhere near a customer. Insensitive and bad at their job.

Store opens at 7am I came at 7:45am and the store was closed. Hours clearly says 7am on the windows and Google. What a waste of time
