Just another starbucks but the staff is super friendly. The manager, sorry I forget his name, is very helpful and actually pretty hilarious.

I have had the worst coffee ever on this location this week,. I’m an almost every day coffee shopper from this store and I have to say the disappointment in the last two weeks is beyond expectation, I have gone back several times to change the coffee to the point ai have to remind the girl that was making my order that I have asked for light ice or to please add the caramel to the cup. Today I bought my last 3 cups of coffee on this location.

It is truly the third time that I have come to order a hot White Chocolate mocha and the preparation has been terrible. The product that they are giving me is not the same as what I receive in your other branches and it is not the first time.

I typically do not return drinks from Starbucks, but on this occasion, I absolutely hated the drink. Apparently the Matcha used was changed from a sweetened to an unsweetened version by the company. I was having a horrible morning when I ordered the beverage and to my surprise, it was equally as terrible. Thankfully, the customer service at this location was incredible. Without any hesitation or attitude they redid my order and were willing to go above and beyond. I honestly was so happy with their cooperation that it completely changed my experience. This is a heavy traffic Starbucks and those young individuals work hard. They are great!

18 dollars on 2 coffees to pretty much through in the trash. One coffee barely full and the another watered down as tasteless. I would have rather made my coffee at home and saved 18 bucks and rushed none the less. Lesson learned.
