I was so upset at the caramel macchiato made today😔for $7 definitely better at other stores

I waited over 22 minutes exact in the drive thru today 10/12/25 to get a coffee and croissant. Ridiculous. And when I got to the window not even a “sorry for the wait”. And my crossiant was cold.

I had a terrible experience at this drive-through. I had to ask the lady to remake my drink twice I pay for an extra shot. She did not put it. I watched her make it. Her name was Cindy and Isa at the window was being incredibly rude and difficult when I simply ask her for a pocket of sugar shoving the employee out of the way that was trying to give me what I asked for this store needs better management

Ordered a PSL and it was made to perfection! Bravo to the barista!! 👏👏

Since I am a coffee lover, I really like Starbucks. Nice atmosphere inside. You can work on the computer and just have a nice time.

There is a large girl there, Adriana. I asked for water and she said no. Not the brand of hospitality Starbucks is known for. Feels like a cafeteria.

This is the best starbucks in all of Miami no doubt!! Highly reccomend, you should go there and get the banna bread warmed up. They staff are nice and wait time was short. IT was one of the few clean starbucks I have been to in the last 3 weeks..

I don’t typically send emails like this, but I had to reach out. Lately, I’ve noticed that the Iced Shaken Espresso drinks have been hit or miss. I usually order mine with the Signature Espresso, but more often than not, it’s made with Blonde, and it ends up tasting like mostly milk.

That said, I had to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to whoever was on bar making drinks on June 24th, 2025, at around 4:20 PM. I ordered two Iced Shaken Espressos back to back, and they were hands down the best drinks I’ve ever had at Starbucks—perfectly balanced, flavorful, just so good.

I wish I knew who made them so I could thank them personally, but please pass along my appreciation if possible. They seriously made my day.

I usually am not harsh with places because I understand that sometimes people make mistakes, but my company has ordered Uber eats from this Starbucks for a while and we have never received straws in any of our orders despite asking for them in every Uber eats request. I think a good way to fix this issue is to make sure that if straws are listed in the order, to include them in the order before sealing the package. Thank you
