My recent visit to the Hialeah Starbucks was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, the coffee was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. A perfect blend of great service and tasty beverages. Highly recommended!

My husband is a fan of caramel frappe and we come here first, the people who serve are super bad-tempered, terrible service, the place is super dirty The caramel frappe was the worst I've ever had in my life.They should hire adequate staff who want to do their job well.

The lady who was there today 3/15/2024 around 1 in the afternoon more or less serving is very poorly educated and unpleasant and does not seem to know how to work with the public... It takes away from the merits of that place. I hope his attitude changes so that customers like me don't leave the place upset.

Very hard-working. They will go above and beyond for your drinks (especially if you made a mistake) and the drinks are always made perfectly with not too much ice and lots of coffee flavor (which some starbucks are light handed with) , They deserve more recognition. ESPECIALLY PAULI, the girl with long black hair.Kid-friendliness: They have a beautiful Outdoor patio where people work.
it was my first time ever ordering the turkey sandwich and i wish someone told me it smelled like a rotten fart ?? i couldn't even eat it bc the horrible smell is so strong made me nauseous.

The worst thing is, you arrive to pick up an Uber order and they leave you stranded, they tell you wait a moment and 15 minutes later still nothing. November 26 6:00 pmOnce again, 2/2 5:57 pm picking up an uber order and having to cancel it again because you have to wait for them to finish serving the drive thru first, 15 minute wait and Bye, superior disrespect, serious rating- 100
