Horrible experience. They close at 8:00 pm and at 7:15 everything was picked up and they were only serving hot drinks. Do not come here after 7 apparently they are basically closed.

Fatal, I paid for my order, 3 drinks and appetizers and they made me wait for more than 30 minutes and my order was ready, they just hadn’t called me. Terrible drink, all watered down and with a bad taste. That was rubbish and the employees were unbearable and irresponsible

I’ve gone here and few times and they make their matcha incorrectly. I think they’re using the wrong measuring spoon? My iced matcha latte from them comes out a very dark green when I know it’s supposed to be a lighter green because it is milk. I will probably go elsewhere for now on because I even mentioned it was very dark green and they were very dismissive.

I loved this Starbucks, almost every day I go to different Starbucks but this one in particular meets all my expectations since they prepare the drink exactly as I ask for it, I regularly order the summer skies drink with extra boba and little ice and they charge me the extra but they don't give me what I ask for and here they did, thank you Gabi and Yuli for your excellent attention.❤️❤️❤️

I have always gotten good treatment and service, but today I asked my coffee without ice and they told me they where not allowed and I told him they are since I have gotten it before that way and said in a rude way no, I understand that more than half of the cup is ice and they make it to reduce the cost mainly but why lie about it , idk if it was the guy or actually this Starbucks
