I ordered it without ice, with cream and extra caramel Brûlée topping. They added ice, no whipped cream, and no extra caramel brûlée topping. They always do something wrong. Someone picked it up for me; I'm working and can't go and exchange it.

Today 10/17 at 9am I come to get my breakfast as I normally do. 2 gentleman working this morning. I come in and said good morning, no reply. When I got my food and said thank you, no reply. They might not be a morning person but this is Starbucks. A bit costumer service training should be needed.

Was passing through today in a bit of a rush. Place was really busy, but Jordan was moving really fast doing everything this guy is awesome. The world needs more hard workers like this. It was also very polite and professional great personality.

Review of Starbucks at Westland Mall – Assistant Manager Leonore
I normally enjoy visiting Starbucks, but my recent experience at the Westland Mall location was very disappointing. A group of us were sitting together when the assistant manager, Leonore, came over and rudely told us we needed to be quieter because she felt we were being too loud. While I can understand if a manager needs to address noise levels, the way she handled the situation was unprofessional and disrespectful. Mind you, we were a group of professional educators, enjoying a nice coffee, while sharing some laughs and conversation with each other. She didn’t have a problem with the teenagers who were cursing.
When we tried to approach her as we were leaving to talk calmly about it, she refused to speak with us directly and instead had another employee tell us that she was “on break.” He also told us he couldn’t give us her name. After asking a few times, he finally said Leo. This felt dismissive and unhelpful.
As customers, we expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, even if concerns need to be addressed. Unfortunately, Leonore’s behavior left a very negative impression of this Starbucks location. Her demeanor and appearance was bitter and not representative of someone with experience in customer services We will never visit this location again or recommend it to anyone. Save your time and money and visit a real Starbucks location where you can enjoy a nice coffee with friends.

The store was spotless! Eden was so great! She set a fantastic atmosphere in the store when i had walked in with a wonderful greeting and made the BEST pink drink i ever had! Eden made sure everything was so awesome and that i enjoyed all my items! After that i saw eden run outside to clean up, such dedication i hope the managers see how amazing of a worker they have!! After i sat for a while I see the leadership from Rachel and all i can say is wow, what a great team this place has! Rachel was so sweet to her team and very soft spoken, i ordered another drink and she helped me pick out because i just wasn’t sure, she was so sweet! Thank you for a wonderful experience Eden and Rachel ! I cant wait to come back!!

I had the pleasure of being served by Leonore at Starbucks recently, and I must say that the experience was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, Leonore greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel like a valued customer. Not only did they ensure the store was running smoothly, but they also went above and beyond to assist their team, all while maintaining a calm and positive attitude. Their leadership style was truly inspiring, managing both the workflow and customer needs seamlessly.
What really stood out was how attentive she was to every detail—ensuring that all drinks were made perfectly, that the atmosphere was welcoming, and that the staff remained upbeat and efficient. It’s clear that they care about both their team and the customers, and it shows in the exceptional service provided. I left with a smile on my face and a sense of appreciation for the wonderful experience. Keep up the great work, Leonore! You truly make Starbucks a better place.

coffee was great. however the vibe was killed by the manager "Monique" incredibly rude. A guest infront of me asked for water in spanish and she snapped back demanding for them to speak in english. An absolutely incredible display of a lack of hospitality. Thanks for the coffee though, it was okay.

Worst coffee I ever had in starbucks.to much ice , almost flavorlesss and wiped cream in the bottom and the top. Waitresses laughed at clients . I waited more than 20 minutes for the coffee.

Do not waste your time and money at this location in Macys. Coffee flavor was terrible plus my coffee was totally cold. This location apparently doesn’t use real Startbucks coffee or their coffee is not fresh. I even asked them to please make it again for me and it tasted worse. You could better go to any McDonald than be so disappointed. I don’t recommend it.

I placed an order to take advantage of the offer for my daughter, the system said they had it and when you get there they tell you they don't have it, they only do it to win, they are not interested in customers. Because it is a one-day offer.

First off I have to say …. “Wow!” An incredible greeting, fantastic atmosphere, there was no moment where I didn’t feel the warmth. My caramel brûlée latte made with love by Rachel was just the cherry on top. Thank you for this Rachel! Absolute cinema. Thanks for my receipt as well. Till next time my favorite starbucks.

Horrible customer service, they stand there talk to their friend clients while ignoring others. They forget to even start your order then they done even apologize. Also they avoid giving receipts don’t know why.
