One of my favorite locations so far....They're always have the best attitude and the coffee is really good. Great service!

I work by this Starbucks and I truly wanted to love it.
1) They never have gotten my drink right and it’s a signature drink. There’s nothing crazy about it.
2) it’s a revolving door. none of the employees are ever the same.
3) I always order mobile order- it takes way longer than it even states on the app even when there’s down time (aka few people in the cafe)
4) I ordered today and they hadn’t replenished the refreshers bar are, so my drink couldn’t be made without the Mango juice. (That’s not the problem) they literally had 5 or 6 orders stuck because they are always training people. So when it comes to my drink….i ordered at 12:27pm it’s 20mins later and my drink is still nowhere in sight. The rest of my order was ready (hot items), finally at 12:40pm she pulls my ticket from the machine, stops asked someone to get the mango juice for her (someone who is busy) leaves my cup on the counter and continues to supervise the new employee. At this point I needed to go to work. I had waited too long. I asked her to please refund me the money of the drink because I was not going to wait any longer. She tries to discuss with me the fact that they’re just waiting for the mango juice, but the guy wasn’t coming. I proceeded to let her know that I wanted my money back. We walk over to the register and instead of giving me my money back, she gives me a four dollar gratuity card, and sends me on my way. I get to my car I check the card, realized what it is, and I had to now go BACK! And discuss with the manager so I can get my money back since I pay more for my drink than the $4 card she gave me.
Even though they never got my drink, correct I would go there and give them business because like I said, I wanted to like it. I wanted to be able to go to that Starbucks. I will never be going back again.
I ordered a coffee online and it came out in less than 5 minutes and it tasted amazing and hot

Great attention!
I had a great experience at this Starbucks, and I especially want to recognize the supervisor Gregory. They were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive to both customers and team members. You can tell they lead by example—everything was running smoothly, the store was clean, and the staff looked motivated and happy.

This Starbucks is really close to my house.
As always, I ordered ahead through the Starbucks app for takeout and everything was smooth. My drink was ready on time, exactly how I ordered it, and still fresh and cold when I got there. The staff was polite and even greeted me when I picked it up, which I appreciated even though I wasn’t dining in.
The pickup area was organized, and I didn’t have to wait around or ask anyone for help. Super convenient if you’re on the go or just want to skip the line.
Overall, it was a quick and easy experience. I’ll definitely use the mobile order option again!

I just stopped in to have a coffee & oatmeal today, 12-20-2024 about 1:30 PM and ordered ahead via the app. It has been my experience that ordering in the app allows me to use a previous item saved as a fave item to select it quickly to be customized according to my liking. The app worked well with no hiccups. The only slight might be offering rewards for purchase of a set qty of items (i.e. cherry cheese danish) that was out at this location.

Ordered a tall caramel frap. Not only did I pay $6 something for it, but I got ice water with sugar...oh and whip cream on top. Not a scent of coffee. Starbucks has really changed their recipe. I had given starbucks a brake because it got expensive to go and the quality of the coffee wasn't doing it for me anymore. Of course, today I was in the mood and told myself to give it one more chance. Nope. Big mistake. Sorry starbucks. It's not me. It's you. Never again. Bye.
Came in looking for something to soothe a sore throat, and the barista recommended a "medicine ball". It was just what I needed! It helped soothe my throat and cough.
